Great food. Great service. Great ambiance. If you're good at games you can use them points for food.

I want skeeball... not this silly digital bowling game.
Suzette S.

I'm here to say, bring back the original skeeball!!!!! That is why I'm taking away a star today. I took my children on a Tuesday morning and I loved that it was pretty empty. Since it was slow, service was a 5- The cashier at the bar was very nice and patient while I figured out how many cards and tokens I wanted. The young lady in the prize area was also kind and sweet to my kids while they exchanged their tickets. We did not get food there. The games have a variety and most are newer/ updated, but why can't you keep 2 lanes of the original skeeball? Instead there are digital type bowling games that are just not the same. (I am glad the knock down the clown game is still there. I like the carnival section).

Lemon pepper Original Wings

Came to watch Preakness at the bar. Just a note bar-at seats around bar, if you want to sit at tables or a booth must see hostess. Food was delicious, started with pepperoni flatbread-soft crust and super tasty. I ordered the burger-super delicious ( tomato and arugula cooked with seasoning, large and tasty mushrooms), cooked perfectly. Wings were good, extra crispy but just chicken no lemon pepper. Had coke n Arnold Palmer. Our waiter was always around and kept the refills coming. Used the buy$15 get $15 games deal. For a older adult I still enjoy our Atari games, air hockey n basketball. Would've loved some skeeball but happy and having fun like a kid again. 4*~due to cost of games. Will return on a Wednesday for sure n for food.

Chimchurri Bowl with salmon

***This review is for the food only*** Went to D&B on New Year's Eve to watch college football. They have a bar with several tvs broadcasting different events, as well as tvs all over the area where the bar and tables were, so sports fans won't be without. They also had the sound on. I ordered the Chimchurri Bowl with salmon and it was the most delicious combination of flavors I've had in a long time. I was adventurous and ate everything that came with it, even though I don't normally eat red cabbage or sweet peppers. But it was so so good! If you're conscious about what you eat from a nutrition standpoint, I highly recommend this dish. Pleasantly surprised and impressed that it was on the menu.

The reason why we were limited to two hours.
Joseph O.

I had forgotten how bad service in the restaurant is. I brought a party of 8. I was told, since it's Saturday, I could only keep the table for two hours. Ok. No problem. It took 15 minutes to be greeted and have my drinks taken. I asked the white dude w glasses who seems to be the manager if I could have the 15 minutes of me waiting for a server added to my time, as I sat there waiting w my group. He smirked at me, like I was asking for something out of the ordinary. Why should my LIMITED time start when I sit, if I haven't gotten service? He stayed quiet smirking (which pissed me off) and told me "The wait is part of your time. It's Saturday." He eventually said I would get the 15 minutes, even though they typically wouldn't. THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY!!!! I am gonna spend about $500-$600 TONIGHT. That manager needs to look around and see the situation. His disrespectful smirking pissed me off. What saved the one-star rating were the great games and my son having a good time for his birthday. 12/16 5:20pm, for management to look at the schedule so they can counsel and coach that dude w the glasses up.

Birthday fun

Food was average fast-casual fare. A little bland but hot and crisp. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive.

The actual restaurant feels massive but decorated in a rustic way. I want to give a huge shout out to Alicia. She is such a knowledgeable, approachable, and receptive server. She was on top of refilling drinks, making sure we weren't left alone for too long when we were waiting for our food to come, and just had an overall amazing energy. While we really enjoy all of the servers we've had at Mikes, Alicia takes the cake. If there's any way to provide her with recognition, I would highly vouch for it. She could sell me anything on that menu with that kind of personality! Thank you, Alicia! I'm going to make sure we try to get seated at your table again.

I visited Mike's American after coming across it on Resy and was able to get a same-day reservation…read morefor two on Easter Sunday. As expected, it was busy, but the restaurant does have a fairly large parking lot which made arrival easier. The setup was interesting. After checking in downstairs, I was given a ticket and directed upstairs for seating. I took the elevator, which offered a clear view of the kitchen below as it ascended... definitely a unique touch. Upstairs, another host staff guided us to our table. The space had a lively feel, roaring with chatter from customers, and I could see parts of the kitchen where food was being prepared over an open flame, which added to the overall atmosphere. For the food, we started with the calamari. It was cooked well and had a nice texture, especially paired with the crispy onion shoestrings, which added a good crunch and flavor. It was served over a lobster sauce, although the lobster flavor wasn't very noticeable. The main issue was the salt level... it was quite heavy! I did enjoy it overall, but I would only recommend it to someone who doesn't have to watch their sodium intake. For entrées, I ordered the steak cooked medium with broccolini. The dish automatically comes with mashed potatoes, and while I was able to substitute the salad for broccolini, there didn't seem to be flexibility with the potatoes. After tasting the mashed potatoes, I wish I was offered to substitute it as it tasted like the brown box we grew up on where you just added water. When the food came out, the steak was closer to medium-well or well done rather than medium, and both the mashed potatoes and broccolini were a bit cold. I chose not to send it back since we waited but it did affect the overall experience. My guest ordered the ribs with fries and coleslaw. The ribs were well-prepared--tender with a clean pull off the bone--and were probably the highlight of the meal. The fries were also very good and came out hot. The coleslaw wasn't as well received, described as having too many of the tougher parts of the cabbage. Overall, the experience had some positives, especially in terms of atmosphere and certain menu items like the ribs and fries. While I did enjoy parts of the meal, it's not somewhere I would personally return to, but it may be worth trying once to form your own opinion.

Everything came out in big portions, so you can definitely share everything at the table. The nachos were really good. Huge portion and perfect for sharing. I would suggest that you ask for extra sour cream. The buffalo boneless wings were good and I loved that they came with a skewer so you don't get messy. Very date friendly appetizer. The tenders were cool, just nothing special. Fries were good but the honey mustard was watery. The burgers were mid. Just a regular burger with no seasoning. The spinach dip was edible but not seasoned. I've had better spinach dip from the grocery store. The ambiance is the same as your typical bar, loud, fast paced, with many tvs. Overall I regret ordering the burgers and spinach dip but I loved everything else and I'll definitely be back! 8 appetizers and 2 drinks only came up to $80!

He always recommended Kilroys to us as he was a regular at this restaurant. So, it became our annual tradition to have dinner at Kilroys. When you walk into Kilroys, you'll appreciate the amount of details thag went into the interior design of the restaurant. It should be noted that Kilroy's honors its veterans. My uncle was a proud veteran, so he always felt welcomed here. There is a lot of military memorabilia throughout Kilroy's. The walls are filled with so many photos that walk you back through historic events. There's so much love for the USA in here! The menu consists of a lot of traditional American food. Most of the items are heavy, so expect to leave with a full belly. They have your typical meat, fish, poultry, and pasta dishes. However, they also offer flatbread pizzas! There really is something for everyone. I typically order catfish or trout. Both are delicious, but I really like their catfish. I love Cajun spices, so it's always nice to enjoy something that hits close to home. I also appreciate that their servings are large, because it's well worth the money that you spend here. I would have never heard of Kilroy's if it wasn't for my uncle. Kilroy's definitely lived up to the hype. I enjoy coming here because it's like a hidden gem. It's situated in a small shopping center and you'd probably walk past it as it doesn't really stand out. Kilroy's is definitely a great place to enjoy a hearty meal, hang out with friends, or to grab a drink before heading back home.

I went with my niece and was genuinely surprised by how much fun we had! The games were interactive, challenging, and a total blast. We laughed a lot, got competitive, and I'm pretty sure people in the other rooms (or "boxes") could hear us having a great time. I'm really glad we gave it a try, and I'd definitely go back. If you have kids or are looking for a unique family outing, I'd say the passes are well worth it. One quick tip: Know exactly where you're going before you arrive. I didn't realize the location is on the outside of the mall, which wasn't a big issue for me, but it could be frustrating if you're tight on time. The confirmation emails do a solid job providing directions--if you're driving and parking. But if you're getting dropped off (like I was via Uber), the signage and location can be a little tricky to spot. A minor hiccup, but something to be aware of.

We had difficulty locating it, so we ran a bit late for our original 8pm time slot, and adding insult to injury, we received a $10 parking ticket for some strange reason when it was not paid parking. (We even have a handicap placard, so there is absolutely no mercy when it comes to the greed of whomever owns/manages that parking garage). When we arrived to the venue, it was immediately obvious their air conditioning broke...it was sweltering. The kid at the front desk said we should've gotten an email about it, and I double checked...we did not. Our group of four, which included two teens on the autism spectrum, asked which games were available and what they suggested for first-timers. No helpful suggestions whatsoever. We opted to try the Angry Birds game simulation since it was at least familiar to the kids. Maybe this is one of their older games, but it just sucked. In addition to being super stuffy and uncomfortable in the enclosed room, the graphics were terrible and not sensitive to any movement or touch. Within five minutes, the kids wanted to go. It couldn't even sustain their attention for five minutes. We asked if there was another game available, and there was not. No offer for a refund or a come-back-and-try-us-again (when we have AC) credit. What a monumental waste of time and money. Never again.
