Wtf. So waste money here only to go to someone else to fix your mistakes? AWFUL. Avoid and do not go. Everything in the photo is what popped out within DAYS of the visits and re-visits (some being on the SAME day or the next morning). It's just about money, not at all about the quality or even decency of the work. I have NEVER had an experience this bad. Original Review: Had fillings/crowns come out the same day they were put in. The next day, a separate one popped off. I was told to come in on a weekend to get it fixed, only to find out they opted to close early without telling me (or anyone else that was told to come in for "walk ins"). Finally got it fixed, only for the same thing to occur two days later. I wouldn't at all recommend.

This was an amazing decision on my part. The lobby/waiting area is about as anti-dentist/medical office as you can get. It's quiet and relaxing. There's a water feature behind the receptionist's desk you can see and hear easily. {The recpetionist is very nice and cheery and loves to chat!} It's lit with gentle track lighting. She has healthy snacks in the waiting room and you're welcome to any of it - after all they're about to clean your teeth! Exceptionally clean all black devices bathroom. She is up to date on all the latest and newest technology and techniques. My first appointment in about 16 years went surprisingly well...no real shockers since I am in good tune with my body. The technician stopped once when she realised and commented I was licking my lips a lot. I responded explaining I'd left my lip balm in the car. She stopped what she was doing and fetched me a tiny little tube. They keep a basket of some of the niftiest scent/flavours on the way out. My son's first appointment with her didn't go so well - he only allowed them a visual exam, but that was partially my fault because I forgot to bring any of the comforting stuffy pals with us. She and I had a long conversation about this and his behaviour and where she wanted to go from there. She has a son of similar age and experienced much more resistance from him. The second appointment last Monday went very well. He allowed exam, cleaning and panoramic x rays. He got nervous when they went to do the bite wings so they stopped there. He has appointments quarterly for now to get him better acclimated with them and their processes as parents {for liability reasons} aren't allowed into the rooms with the children. I have to make an appt in the morning for myself to begin the corrections in my own mouth. Do not let this pretty young woman's looks or gentle demeanor fool you. She knows what she's doing and what she's talking about. If you want a good thorough and exceptionally pleasant dental experience this is the place and dentist for you!

There were two instances with a short flash of sensitivity. I noted it and she immediately applied something that instantly calmed the sensitivity. On my way to the appointment there was a car accident that blocked my path. I called them to let them know I could be a little late. They were very understanding. I am a "Better Living Through Chemistry Kind of Guy." I would rather have the pain controlled rather than the Grin and Bear it type. Dr Mai was great. The staff is amazing from the desk staff to the hygienist and her root canal assistant. If you need a new dentist, look no farther. I have had sleep apnea for many years. If you like hearing excuses that they didn't know your appointment was confirmed because the office relies on a text message system that they know doesn't work on their end. They no longer perform courtesy reminder appointment calls, nor send out emails, so you show up only to be told they don't have you on the schedule, but they'll try to work with you if you're willing to wait. That even when you show them the text message reminders and confirmations, their office manager gives you a, "oh we know, but it's neither here nor there". Way to show your lack of accountability there. If you are ok with having to wait extra time, even though you showed up to your appointment early, and someone else showed up late, they still leave them in the original order. If you're ok with understaffing and constant over booking. I've tried different hours, requesting the first appointment of the day, the last appointment, an appointment right after lunch, to ensure there's less time spent waiting. Still the same outcome. If you are ok with getting rescheduled when you get to the dental office, because the dentist is on vacation, and you never received a courtesy phone call letting you know of this. THIS is the place for you. I started going here around 4 years ago. Brought my daughter as well to try to make it convenient to have our appointments be set back to back. Instead of having to take time off work for 2 separate appointments on different days. During quarantine time, one of many ironies of these times. With her being underage, she can't technically be receiving dental work without me being present, 2-3ft away from where she sits, face mask required for everyone. But us switching seats, for me to receive dental work, from the same dentist, same hygienists, while she sat in a chair 2-3ft away, with a mask on, was not ok, and the appointment would not be made. Dentists, please realize that the few minutes you see your patients, are very small compared to the time we spend waiting due to your office being overbooked and badly managed. Even your hygienists and dental assistants show discomfort each time they're being pulled in different direction and can't focus on their task at hand. Poor Customer Service & Scheduling Issues…read more Trinity Dental has serious issues with customer service and communication. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:50 AM, only to be told at 11:45 AM that I would need to reschedule because they were short-staffed. No phone call, no text, no advance notice--just nearly an hour of waiting to be told they couldn't see me. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you value your time. This was actually my second visit, and unfortunately my second bad experience. I decided to give them another chance after the first visit had similar problems. During that first appointment, I was taken back for a cleaning and exam, then left sitting in the dental chair for over an hour with no communication or updates. I was later told there was an emergency. Two visits with the same issues shows this isn't a one-time situation, but a pattern. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and lack of respect for patients' time.
