Unfortunately, AFTER receiving the service and on the way out we were billed $212 instead of 100% coverage for in network preventative services. When I called and asked about the same day, I was told "we aren't in anyone's network." So, now there is a $75 deductible for each of my two children and only 60% coverage instead of no deductible and 100% coverage on a $500+ bill. All of it would've been prevented if they told the truth up front. Bottom line is they are friendly, but they have no problem deceiving you and getting to your wallet. Don't walk away, run!

He will explain what he is going to do in the procedure with as little or as much detail as you want and explains what he is doing during the procedure. The staff is wonderful and the Jaime, the Dental Hygienist, is very thorough and takes her time to do great cleanings. I've had numerous cleanings, and one dental implant performed and have zero complaints. At one point they went out of network on my dental plan but I continued to go there regardless. If I had small children, I'd want Dr. Nguyen to be their dentist. He was incredible! Dr. Kim is excellent. He is knowledgeable and capable. He will take his time to explain everything he sees and his treatment plan.
