I scheduled service for my vehicle to be done Monday, the 29th. I dropped it off today, and 2 hours later, they call me to say I should pick it up because they don't have the parts to fix it. I asked how it took them 2 hours into the appointment to let me know that. The employee then said that my appointment is next month and I came in on the wrong day. I said no, that's not right. She then raised her voice and said, "Okay, well you have to pick it up and reschedule." No apology or anything. If it was the wrong day, then why was I checked in and my car was kept for hours? I picked it up and still got no remorse for wasting my time after I planned my day around this. (basic etiquette) I'll be ordering the parts to a different dealership. read more

Traveling through on vacation we had a problem with our Jeep front end. Even without an appointment they were able to fix the problem in just one day and the charge was reasonable. I had my 2016 Chrysler 300 S towed to this dealership on 5/25/21 with a suspected fuel issue that was later confirmed as a bad fuel pump. The car was repaired, picked up on 5/27/21 and driven 17 miles and parked in my garage where it remained until I returned home from the Memorial Day weekend on Monday 5/31/21. At that point it was discovered that the vehicle had a fuel leak which had left my garage and home smelling of gasoline. I also had discovered that the left front inner CV boot was torn and had thrown grease all over the left side of the engine which i suspected was due to the rollback winch cable as the driver had pulled the car from that position. I took pictures of my findings including the gasoline dripping from under the car and spots on the concrete. I called the dealership on Tuesday 6/1/21 to speak to the owner as I was extremely unhappy given the severity and safety concern of leaking gasoline (and not to mention the last operation on the repair order states a "MULTI POINT INSPECTION" was performed which I found out was just a "visual" according to the service manager). I was told the owner was not in and left a message with my number. 2 hours later I get a call from the service manager notify him of the fuel leak and explained what i suspected had happened to the CV boot. He arranged for the vehicle to be towed back to the dealership for repair. Another 2 hours later I received a call from the service manager stating that the vehicle checked out and there "MAY" have been residual fuel on top of the fuel tank and there was no fuel leak or evidence of a fuel leak. I'm sorry but ANY residual gasoline should have been addressed PRIOR to the car being picked up!!!!! I inquired about the torn CV boot and was told it was an old tear and that it did NOT happen as I suspected. I ended the call and later called back to ask if the CV boot/ axle repair could be ran through my extended warranty (as the fuel pump had been). I received a call back from the service writer stating that unless I had paperwork proving that I had the "recommended 60k mile" CV boot inspection done per Chrysler recommendation that the warranty claim would be denied. I informed her that i would check my paperwork and get back with her. I had nothing specifically stating that this inspection had been done as I perform my own maintenance with the exception of state inspections and emission testing. I asked for a quote to replace the axle assembly and was told $750 plus tax!! I politely declined and informed her that I would come pick the car up. I picked the car up driving it another 17 miles to my house and parked the car in the garage and ordered a replacement axle(which by the way the tear was not an old tear and pictures were taken of that as well, it was cut by the winch cable). The new ($89 Precision) axle was installed(which only took 2 hours from start to finish) and the next morning I drove the car to the gas station ( 9.5 miles round trip) to fill it up as I planned to drive it Monday. I returned home and within a couple hours began smelling gasoline. I inspected the fuel tank area and once again discovered that the car was leaking gas as the sound deadening panel was soaked with gas....again. I reached out to the owner (Dave Sinclair) via phone, left a voicemail and have yet to receive a return call from him or anyone from the dealership. I did in fact post a nice video on FB showing that the vehicle was indeed leaking gas, which was conveniently removed from the dealerships page. Meanwhile the car is parked at the top of my driveway away from my home as it smells horribly of gasoline and the neighbors even commented on the smell of gasoline that they noticed from across the street. I would suggest that you take your vehicle ANYWHERE other than this place. The service staff is seriously lacking in the customer satisfaction department and that has a negative reflection as a whole on the Sinclair reputation and image..... not to mention the owner himself won't return a phone call. read more

I rarely give a 5 star. With that said, I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I admit, I'm not easy to please. I came in to look at 3 vehicles I was interested in, and made my choice. Jack Dwyer was my salesman, and he was at all times professional and accommodating. I made my choice of vehicle and then found out that the warranty I had previously been told I would get with it no longer applied. I left without purchasing extremely upset. I emailed Mr. Sinclair and expressed my feelings. True to their motto, he "made it right." I came back and completed the purchase. A few fiascos ensued after, which the dealership did take care of. The big one was a doozy caused by an after market subcontractor. Again, the dealership "made it right" by reimbursing me for the damage. Even though we had some unforeseen inconveniences, this dealership always took care of myself, the consumer, and I would definitely recommend to buy from them. Ask for Jack or Dennis. :) read more

I took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler here to have several items replaced which included a radiator, heater core, thermostat and axel seals. The job done by the mechanic was great but I noticed a new (nickel-sized) hole in the passenger seat of my aftermarket neoprene seat covers worth ($299). I pointed it out to the service manager, Mark, and he pointed out it was probably caused by the mechanic's pants by complete mistake and went unnoticed. Mark took care of the situation by allowing me to buy new seat covers and they replaced the cost entirely. I couldn't be happier with the experience here. Made an appointment for service two weeks in advance online. I called a few days out to confirm and they did and let me know enterprise would reach out to me on the loaner car which they did. On appointment day I fought my way through the dealers horribly pot holes lot and went inside. The service group was unaware of my appointment asked what I needed. I showed them what I printed from my online schedule and he looked and said uh oh we don't have any loaners. I explained the enterprise situation which I would have thought they would be aware and he called enterprise. He got off the phone and told me that enterprise would be there is about an hour as the car I was scheduled to get they decided to give it an oil change at that time. They works out the loaner situation after I expressed my irritation for what was going on. Service never put my info in the computer and just told me they would call me later. I was very suspicious at this point. At 3:30 I called to check on my cars progress and they never asked for my name but told me they were not quite done with my car yet. I asked if they wanted my name and the guy then said yes. He put me on hold and came back and said the same thing and that they would need to keep my car over the weekend. I asked how far they have gotten and what was finished. He said I don't know. When I asked again he finally admitted they had not even looked at my car and would not until three days later. I told them I was on my way to get my car back. Upon arrival I was greeted with a how are you today. I said not well as my car didn't get fixed. The service guy said his day wasn't going well either because they were busy. I asked why I had a confirmed appointment and they didn't get to my car and he told me they overbooked themselves for that day and others did not get their car serviced either. I stated why don't you stop taking appointments when your full and he said I don't know. I took my car and left. Upon emailing the service manage my story he did call to apologize and try to get me back in. At this point I had lost three hours of work had to put $20 for gas in the rental car and I could get no assurance my car would get dices the next time. In will NOT be returning to this dealership and have found so far at more than one dodge dealership they offer horrible service. read more

Wow... Until I encountered this dealership, I always thought company mottos were simply meaningless and decorative artificial quotes that were used to catch the average consumer's attention. Let me tell you, the team at Dave Sinclair truly live by their motto: "If it's not right, we'll make it right!" I initially had a few minor issues and concerns in regards to the truck that I was interested in. They were extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions and reassured me with their extensive knowledge of their product. Ms/Mrs Schroeder (the manager) was extremely helpful and would even call my number personally to answer any questions I might have had and to schedule an appointment to test drive the truck I was interested in. Nowadays, managers only seem to come out whenever the costumer is close to buying a vehicle and there is an issue, which is sad. This was not the case at Dave Sinclair. The manager went above and beyond in order to gain my trust and my business, from the beginning I just felt very comfortable and felt like I could trust her all the way. This for me, is VERY important. I also felt very comfortable dealing with the salesman assigned to me, Kevin, who is awesome and instantly built some rapport with me (his son is also in the Army and went to Basic Combat Training where I am currently stationed at). It is small details like these that gain my business right away, they assigned someone they knew wouldn't screw me over, in the Army we are all pretty much brothers and sisters, screwing over a fellow battle buddy of his son's would basically be like screwing over his son's brother or best friend, at least that's how I would feel if anyone in my family tried to screw over another soldier. Anyway, (getting off topic here) Kevin gave me the best deal from the get go. How do I know this? Well, I always shop around before buying a vehicle, no other dealership came even close to the deal Kevin offered me. Except for one dealership, HOWEVER, their truck was a 2WD and NOT a 4x4! I was skeptical at first, so I looked up the VIN and the truck was clean and clear. No damage, no scratches, nothing... This was one of those times where the saying "this is too good to be true" was actually false. The deal was good, and there was no catch, no hidden fees, just good customer service and a deep sense of caring for their customers. EVEN the general manager came out to shake my hand and answer any questions I had, I've never experienced that before at any other dealership. In conclusion, I am extremely glad I drove two hours in order to visit this dealership. I am stationed in Fort Leonard Wood and the dealerships around the base are sketchy. These guys took care of me and even gave me a military discount along with a military cash rebate, without me even asking! Dave Sinclair is awesome (how many times have I used the word "awesome" already?) and I will definitely be coming back again whenever I need to purchase another vehicle. So if you want the best trade in offer you can get (with no low ball offers like some other dealerships) the best deals on vehicles and the best customer service experience, make sure you come to this dealership first! Trust me, it will also be your last stop! =] P.S. Make sure you request Kevin, he will take care of you! When dealing with the finance guy, remember to be clear about what you want and don't want with the purchase of your vehicle. Like in any other dealership, ALWAYS check your numbers and make sure everything is good to go in order to avoid any hiccups along the way! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! I didn't even want to give one star. When I bought my car at their Pacific MO location it was a nice experience the car sales man was nice but ever since then I've had nothing but problems. When I bought the car and warranty I was advised that I would receive the paperwork in the mail with the warranty attached. but I never reached them. I was told if I got the expected warranty that I would also get free oil changes for the life of my loan which was about 5 years. But to my surprise when I went for my first oil change and asked for the warranty that I had not reached yet instead for the big stack of papers that I originally signed I got a measly 7 or 8 pages. When I asked where the rest was she told me that was it. I said that that can't be, there was more paperwork to that but she said that's all they had on file. Fast forward to the second oil change to which they told me I had to pay. I advised that I was told with the extended warranty that I would get free oil changes for the life of my loan and to please check again because I that was not what was agreed upon. the gentleman was nice and did check and told me that I was right and not to worry about it. Then when it was time for my third oil change I was told that I do not get free oil changes for the life of the loan. That I only had a few free oil changes left and they had to be used before a certain set of miles or before August of 2026. And then things were fine until yesterday 2/14/2023. My engine light had come on and the car had problems shifting. I made an appointment for 2/14 and they said it would covered under warranty and the part would be here the next day and the fix wouldn't take long. So when I didn't hear from them this afternoon I called and was informed that the part won't be in until Friday and they had no loner cars that I could use to get to work. I am very upset with the service and how everything is going. The policies and service leaves much to be desired. read more

Don't purchase from this dealer!!!I purchased a new Dodge Charger from here on March 5th. 7 months later I received a letter from the warrant company saying that my life time powertrain warranty was voided, with no explanation as to why. I called the dealership several times and spoke to the sales manager and the general manager but got no help. I then spoke to Dave Sinclair who said this issue would be fixed. I waited two weeks and still did not hear anything. I called the warranty company who said my warranty was still voided. I called the dealership again and spoke with the GM Tyler who was very rude and tried to yell at me when I asked why my warranty was still voided. I have contacted a lawyer, the BBB and the attorney generals office. They are scamming people!!!!! read more

When I went back in for an oil change, they give me a runaround about how the oil changes can't be transferred to a different vehicle, and I can't redeem the two remaining oil changes that I had. I was flat out lied to my face about something they told me over the phone. I was charged a full flat rate charge of $120 for them to walk around my truck and tell me it can't be fixed, which shouldn't have taken any competent person more than five minutes to complete. Dealers have completely lost the will to have decent customer service because I guess they feel as though we have no other choice but to use them. I'm only giving my experience a one star because of my salesman Jack other than that, this has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I bought my truck on 12-9-19 the bank was closed when I got finished so I had to come back to pick up my truck another day I came back down Wednesday 12-11-19 to pick up my truck it sat there for two days I get there at 5:30 pm I'm the only customer in the dealership I sit there for hrs waiting to do my paperwork I finally end up getting out of there at 8 . The next day I noticed that the inside of my truck in the back is filthy as hell with candy and looks like dog or cat hair all in my seats and floor. They had two day's to detail my truck and it didn't happen, when I bought my truck I was told I'd have my title and paperwork for taxes in 7 business days that didn't happen I got a call a couple of weeks later about my paperwork they needed some other papers signed so they emailed me them and I sent them back the same day . I get a call on 1-6-20 about the papers that I already sent them, they can't seem to find them and I'm pissed off and tell them they have them already so obviously they must find them bcuz I get home on 1-7-20 and there's a FedEx envelope laying on my front porch with my title, and paperwork with all of my information name, date of birth and social security number just laying on my porch. Someone could have picked it up and walked away with it. That envelope should have been made Signature required and I should have at least gotten a call telling me to be looking out for it so needless to say I'm not happy with Dave Sinclair dodge and will not be referring people to buy from them.. read more

Unbelievable... I bought a great truck here. Then the trouble started... Took almost 45 days to get the paperwork ( which cost us a penalty because you have to pay sales tax in 30 days ). The payoff for our trade in was figured wrong , had to spend my time getting info from the bank to prove it to them and get my $500 back. After that we found different prices shown on the sale contract and the title application , and incorrect mileage on the title application. Then they found a $1000 incentive they missed and $1300 error on the price ( I know that Sounds good , but now I have to pay almost $200 extra sales tax because it was not used to reduce sale price ). We were never told what incentives we qualified for or what my employee discount actually was. With all these mistakes raising red flags , we asked for a detailed list showing this info. Tyler the general manager told us no one does that, we should be happy with the money we got , and he thought we were trying to renegotiate the deal after 2 months ( remember the 45 days to see the paperwork ?) He was going to do nothing. To summarize, their mistakes cost us time and money , he wouldn't let us check for more mistakes , and he tried to intimidate us to be happy with what they gave us. read more

I didn't just have one great salesman, but two, as they shared in the sale of my 2018 Jeep Compass. I had been to the dealership many times looking for a used SUV to replace my 2002 Jeep Liberty. Now, my Liberty was still rolling, and it wasn't an emergency that I get something immediately, so I took my time, and looked for a very long time, so I would stop in from time to time to see what they had. Now, I also perused Car Gurues on line and other dealerships as well. But it is always a bonus to shop locally and with people you know. After having my Jeep Liberty for 18 years, it was obvious, I needed my next car to be just as dependable. So, I was very pleased on that day I pulled in the lot, and they had my 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk. It felt right! Anthony and Jack always take good care of me...answer all of my questions, and listen to my concerns, even now, after having it for over a month. I personally would not recommend buying a vehicle from this location. We purchased a used truck five months ago now and have still not received the title. We also had to have work done on the truck after we were told it passed inspection and have been trying to get a reimbursement for two months now and still nothing. The general manager Joe is less than helpful, however his secretary Becky is great! Every time I call, yes I have to call and check in, Joe is not available and pushes my call off on Becky. If I actually do get a hold of him he acts like he has no idea what my situation is and always says he'll get back to me in a couple days and does not. We have been driving around illegally for five months now and get pulled over constantly for having an expired temp tag and they do not seem to care. They keep saying the title is stuck in New York but don't seem to be doing anything about it. The sale process was great and everyone was great to work with it's just disappointing knowing that they got their sale so it doesn't seem to matter what happens now even though were the ones who are put out. Bought a Jeep About 2 mos ago and they were very rude and half time Jeff didnt know what he was talking about, Thought I would try again and trade the Jeep in on a truck and didnt really want to sell me the truck. while looking at the truck he walked away and didnt see hie for 30 mins and when it come to money they were trying to give me 7000 less then I paid for it and wouldnt come down on the truck at all.......
