It would help if they were more honest with their customers. Here's what happened to us: When we went to the West County Audi dealership, we were shown a particular car's elaborate infotainment center at length, and we also conducted a test drive of the car with the salesman. After we agreed to purchase it, we were taken into the dealership, where we processed the paperwork and provided the payment. After the deal was closed, we were escorted back to the car we thought had been initially shown to us, and left the dealership for home. After we got home, we tried to access the car's infotainment center using my cell phone without success. Nothing we tried seemed to work. Finally, I emailed the salesman asking for assistance with our problem, but he never responded. I also called the dealership at one point, and they were very unhelpful, bordering on unfriendly. It wasn't until I finally took the car to a different Audi dealership, in Creve Coeur, for help did we realize the West County Audi salesman had apparently switched the car on us and that we did not actually purchase the car that had been shown to us. This was a major disappointment for several reasons, but primarily because we felt we had been cheated. The salesperson at the Creve Coeur Audi dealership readily explained how we needed to use a USB cord to connect our phones to the car which was entirely different from what the West County Audi salesman had told us. Also, the car we purchased clearly didn't have the elaborate infotainment system that had demonstrated to us so meticulously. We've purchased many new cars, and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened to us. We do not recommend that anyone buy a car from this dealership. read more

As we went to leave, Zach pointed us to a hard top... it was more car in every way - engine, seats, audio, bells and whistles, etc, compared to the convertible we test drove... and less money. We left intrigued. Two nights later we test drove that car... and case back and made the purchase, with many thanks to my wonderful wife and our awesome son (daughter was at summer camp), who helped me appreciate the car's fantastic performance! The purchase process was quick and easy as we signed the forms with Jim, "the finance guy." We used this awesome flat computer screen built into the desktop... we used the digital pen to sign our signatures electronically, then Jim clicked a button and the form rotated 180 degrees to to him... he digitally signed, then... click another button and another form and we repeated the signing process... we were done signing in 5 minutes or so - QUICK! Then a nice bonus... tickets to the Bommarito 500 race at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway Motorsports Park... and we had a great time! While I thought it would be nice to own and Audi, and while I did not expect to own one because of cost, the car Zach introduced us to is AWESOME! Driving the 2005 convertible was fun... and driving the Audi is so much more fun than what I can describe... the seats are comfortable, the engine responsive... the A/C cools the car so quickly... the looks are awesome. I purchased a 2025 Q5 from Bommerito a few weeks ago. I was told by the sales person, Tristan, that there was remote start on the vehicle as this feature was a must have for me and I made that clear to Tristan. I was told I would have to call Audi Connect to set up the remote start only to find out that this car is not equipped with remote start. When I called to speak to Tristan about this he told me that on Sept 20th remote start would be available. I also left a message to speak with the sales mgr, Booker. When he finally called me I was then informed that none of the late 2025 Audi's have remote start. So that means Tristan lied to me again. Basically just said sorry to me. I asked Booker to speak with the GM and call me back as to some solution to make this right, he said he would call me the next day. Now, several days later still no call. I am now having their logo removed from my car as i will not promote a business that lies to get a sale. I was really hoping they would even offer some merch or something as a gesture to at least attempt to act like they were sorry. Bought a used Tahoe was told everything is great besides the windshield..wrong. After inspection report came back stating tires and break lines needed to be replaced. Worked with sales rep Scott to come to a conclusion. Stated they would replace windshield tires that were of concern and break lines. They had the car for a week to get everything fixed. When I received the car noticed the tires that we agreed to change weren't replaced. The breaks they replaced weren't installed properly causing them to warp. Didn't repair break lines like they stated they would. Inspection report stated there were no leaks or issues with anything under the hood/ under car. After inspecting the car found multiple leaks. The ac lines are leaking or there are micro tears. The air box is missing a screw which would cause it to leak overtime. The pressure oil is leaking. The engine oil was overfilled and the coolant is low. When it came time to finance the car my credit was ran 9 times when in the beginning I told them who I wanted to lend through. In the end after the 9th run they went with the lender I requested. Overall it's been a pretty crappy car buying experience. Was lowballed on my trade in to receive a "excellent" condition car that has issues. Haven't even had it in my possession for a week. read more

Let me start by saying that I did not end up buying a car from Audi West County, but was so impressed and comfortable with Pat Connors that I wanted to write a review. I'm not sure if it's Bommarito's approach or if it's Pat's, but he was the perfect balance of patient, informative, and casual. He didn't hover over us but was always available with information. He even went so far as to tell me certain cars probably wouldn't be a good fit (even though he could have made a higher commission). Pat spent several hours with my boyfriend and me looking through options, and kept in touch for the week after in a very conscientious way without pestering. I ended up falling in love with a Volkswagen, which obviously wasn't available here, but I wish so much that I could have given Pat the sale! I would recommend him to anyone as a trustworthy partner in picking a vehicle and have told my friends who are looking to stop by and see him. Salesman lied to me about the car coming with a second key. Soon as I signed the contract he told me it didn't have one then charged $300 for a spare key plus $100 to program it. Also later found out it didn't come with a lug nut lock. No one other than Audi serviced the vehicle so they must've taken it last service. That cost an additional $130. Still love the car but not being deceived. No accountability on GM Nutt's part either. Just understand who you're dealing with. read more

After multiple terrible experiences with Plaza's Service department (where I purchased my car) I decided to have my inspection here after learning they would actually pick up my car and provide me with a loaner 30 minutes away. If I could give them 0 stars I genuinely would. I purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage in September of 2023. As a young female I feel I was fully taken advantage of. This Kia did not have the updated safety system which was not disclosed to me at purchase. While trying to get insurance I found no insurance company would cover it because it did not have the updated safety system. I had to call them and essentially force information out of them to even figure out how to get the safety system put in my car, to which I was told I was going to have to pay for it, pay for their misinformation and coverups. I was finally able to take it to Kia dealership down the road where I was treated fairly and given a free updated safety system, so I could be covered by insurance. While eating lunch in my car one day after work I lifted the cup holder cover up out of the cup holder to reveal a disgusting amount of over grown mold on a car that was supposed to have been detailed before I drove away with it. I brought it back where I was given a free "detail". The mold I showed them was gone, but when I opened up the center consul it appeared to be full of a grass/hay type substance still covering the inside of it. I also pulled down the arm rest in the back middle seat and it revealed a huge pile of gum or slime stuck to it. I still to this day (2/20/24) have not been able to get the stain from whatever that was out of the fabric. I noticed about a week after driving the car that the low tire light was coming on a soon realized there was a slow leak coming from the front right tire. I took it to get looked at where they found the tire was not put on the rim properly and had to pay $70 out of pocket to get this fixed. Again another thing I was not informed of when purchasing the car. Getting approved for the car was a smooth process until I received an email a month and some days after the purchase stating I needed more information to send to the bank for my loan to go through. The new information was sent in so late by Bommarito that I didn't receive anything from the bank on how to make my monthly payments for the loan until four days after my initial payment was due on the car. Thus making my first car payment late and potentially lowering my credit score I have been working on since the day I turned 18. Thank god the bank I have my loan through understood and extended their grace period for me to make the payment and it not be considered late. On Saturday, February 10, 2024 my car lost a bearing on the engine rod and I almost blew up my engine. This was not covered by Bommarito as I was 127 miles over their warranty. I did however find out from where I took the car that this was an engine issue that the car had probably before I even purchased it and a somewhat common issue in these cars. Another thing that was not ever disclosed at purchase or the walk through for the car. I would have never even financed this car had I known there was issues like this that were common. The engine is being replaced through Kia on the car because it would have costed more to rebuild the engine than to simply buy a new one. I will never purchase or finance anything from this company ever again. The $100 check for referring someone to purchase a car there is honestly a joke and is not money I would ever want. I wouldn't want to put my worst enemy through the issues I've had with this company from this car. Really is a bummer because I was so excited to be able to make this my first big purchase, and I will now be paying a loan on a car that I'm not sure will run for the amount of time the loan even goes through. So much dishonesty especially to somebody young who had their whole life to come in and keep purchasing cars from them. The two sales reps I had were very nice except for disclosing things that were very important for me to know about the car. If I would've known any of these issues were going to occur I would've taken the car back and got my money back while I still could. Save yourself the time, stress and money and go somewhere else. Bought a 2017 Audi Q7 Prestige from Booker Wade. I bought the car while in Nevada (they arranged delivery) and has been very specific with Booker about making sure that any and all issues were disclosed since I could not drive it. There were some small cosmetic issues which he disclosed and which is to be expected on a used car. No issues there. However, when the car was delivered there we multiple sensor issues, of which included parking and an error for the cruise control which didn't work. Moreover, he delivered the car with only three mats, claiming that he had "made sure that all mats were in the car" before it left. Hopefully the sensor can be fixed via the manufacturer's warranty and it'll only cost me my time. Although the mat is small item at the end of the day, it's just really disappointing that in the one area that they can do the right thing they've told me to "take a hike". I'm left to believe that somewhere in transit the one mat went missing...AND and that's really my problem. Finally, they didn't include the Audi vehicle code tag which you need to register the Audi's MMI interface. When asked about getting the code, Booker said "I don't know where to retrieve it". Huh? You're an Audi dealership... That was the equivalent of "I've got your money and you're no longer useful to me". Booker assured me that the way he and Audi West County does business is to make sure his customer are happy - they really missed an opportunity this time. read more

I have to give 5 stars to Ryan Bayer at Audi West County. While I did not end up leasing my car from Ryan, he did everything possible short of giving me the car to make it work. Sadly, Audi places its residual prices way too low making the lease monthly payment noncompetitive with other brands. And that is not Ryan's fault, it is Audi's. Ryan worked with me and tried to come up with a deal. He found numerous A6 and A7 models to review and drive. Matched my color desires. He worked the numbers over and over. He got the lease price down as low as he could given the Audi residual issue which he has no control over. Took advantage of elderly woman. My grandmother bought a car from Bommarito Audi West County about 4 months ago. The car had a couple wear spots on the paint and was missing the extra key. The salesman promised to get her the paint and extra key later that week after purchasing the car. Then she goes to finance and purchase the extended warranty unknowingly the fine print. She goes back in a week later and asks for it to be taken off. A manager said that they will and they'll refund her the money. Yet, they never do. This has happened four times now where she has gone in, and discussed in person to a manager, and have them proceed say we will take it off and refund the money. Long story short, they took advantage of my 80 year old grandmother who didn't understand what was going on, and keeping lying to her. I understand she made a mistake purchasing the warranty and thats not the dealerships fault, but it is the misleading information of the managers and the salesman saying they will take care of her and give her the extra key, paint, and refund her the money on the warranty. read more

My commute is from the Valley to Florissant aka a 30-45 minute drive in traffic. Due to the nature of my job I always have to go in regardless of the weather. I started looking over at Plaza Audi/BMW/Mercedes on Olive because I wanted to check out a BMW z4 out of curiosity and they had an Audi section too. I look like I'm 18 to some. So maybe this played a role, I'm not sure. Regardless everyone on the Plaza campus was very rude and would not give me the time of day. Hello Audi West County! The staff here was excellent from the start. They never shied away from me and my fb because we looked young . They treated us like a customer - exactly how I should be treated regardless of how old you think I am! We met with Mark Kelly the first time there and stuck with him the entire process. I started off looking at the TT and test drove it and was in complete love. That is until I realized practically speaking the bf and I can't have two sports cars and the TT was rumored to be redesigned the following year. Insert more time and patience from Mark and enter the Q5. We test drove it and fell in love with the space and quality of Audi. Mark walked us through the custom ordering process - mainly me going yea I want an all black car (no chrome), sports steering wheel, and a navigation package. He delivered well. The financial guy Paul put up with a ton of questions and whatnot and really worked with us on financing. The general manager Joseph Wolk was so kind and friendly. He helped us out so much and remembered or at least recognized us from visit to visit. The receptionist is always nice and they have free coffee/water in the waiting area. So far the service department has been easy to deal with. We had them put on all-season tires for us. While it took like an extra 1 1/2 hours than the girl said she profusely apologized. Your car comes back to you all clean. They give you a nice Audi loaner for the day. Next week is our 5,000 mile check up! We love our Audi TDI Q5! And the staff here helped make our purchase easy, breezy, beautiful Covergirl! read more

i had a TERRIBLE experience with the Bommarito Audi service department, specifically Dan Schultz and Tim Thornton. They misdiagnosed a problem multiple times, then when I agreed to repair the car, i was contacted with additional problems at almost twice the original estimate amount. I would not trust Bommarito Audi to diagnose a problem with my Schwinn bicycle, much less what is supposed to be a high end A4. I have lots of friends out in the west county area and I am going to spread the word of buyer beware with this dealership and their service department. I have some very strong grievances against Audi West County. My Audi A6 3.2 quattro sedan was making a clacking sound. I took the car to the Audi West County Service center located at 15736 Manchester road, Ellisville, MO 63011. Tel 636 594 1826. I was informed that the cost of diagnostic tests would be $969. Afterwards, I was informed that the "chains and tensioners" in the engine need to be replaced to the cost of about $10,000. I was reluctant to spend that much money and decided to have my car towed to a local trustworthy garage to get it fixed. My insurance company All State was to tow the car. However, when the car reached the garage, it was found that a red cloth which was inadvertently left on top of the engine during diagnostics by the Audi West County service engineer, had been sucked into it, got shredded and possibly bent the cam shaft, making the engine unfixable. Audi West County Service Manager Dan Schultz admitted the red cloth was placed by their technician to protect the engine during diagnostics but do not accept responsibility for what happened as a result. He initially offered to refund $500 of the $969.22 that he had initially charged to break my engine but later rescinded the offer on his own volition. While the Audi was under their jurisdiction and on their service bay, someone from the service department tried to start the car, unknowing that a cloth on top of the engine could irrepairably damage it. And it did!!! When asked, Dan Schultz the manager blamed it on the towing truck person from All State Insurance Company. He suggested that he must have tried to start the engine. All State insurance did their internal enquiry to this episode and confirmed that the tow truck driver never attempted to start the car. My family and I have loved and enjoyed owning an Audi, it was our "Luxury car". Needless to say, I am very upset with the sequence of events and the conduct of the Audi West County is far from desirable. I wish them all the luck as moving forward they will need a lot of it. I bought a 18k car from them and it took a whole 2 days before it was broke down. I was also lied to from the salesman Jamie about 60 day temp tags (only 30 days) and I was told it came with a 6 month 7000 mile warranty. It wasnt until I was 3/4 of the way through the paperwork that I was made aware that I would in fact not have that warranty. Contacted the dealership and they told me I bought it as is so they wont do a single thing. The battery had to be jump started when we went to test drive it so they knew there was already a problem with the car. I also took it to a mechanic and the mechanic knew right when he started the car it has an exhaust leak and should not have passed inspecton but of course it was passed by them anyways. After a month and $500 later, I find out they sold me a car with a PCM that is fried. Thats going to cost me another $1,500 to fix. So I now have had to put $2,000 into a car that lasted me 2 days off the lot. They wont do anything to fix it. I would absolutely recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. They have terrible business practice and they will lie and do whatever they can as long as they get the car off the lot, they dont care. read more

When I picked up car it was outside covered in a little snow. I checked out the bumper repair in which they had to order and replace. There were about 4 scuff marks on the NEW bumper. I went back in and showed them. They said they could buff them out. It only took about 10 minutes. It looked better but wasn't perfect and I had to get to work at that time so I left. No more time to waste. When originally inspected by them for an estimate the gentleman took a pic of the cars mileage of 16817 on 1/21/2014. I only drove my car two times to work and then to drop vehicle off in Ellisville. Maybe total of 120 miles. While driving to work I noticed the mileage of 16987 seemed odd. Should have taken a pic of mileage when dropped off but should have been only about 16940 or less. I then started checking my other gauges and the average fuel consumption went from 27.9, where it rarely changes because so many miles are on it since I have reset over 3100 miles, to 27.4 This is an unbelievable amount of change in just the about 50 missing miles that someone had driven the car. And when I say driven I mean FAST and FURIOUS TYPE to get a drop of .5 in average fuel consumption. This should never happen since no mechanical work was completed. Only need to drive less than 30 yards in and out of bay for repair. I don't know there policy of securing customers keys but they obviously aren't up to standard to avoid a travesty such as this. I know you don't see many Audi TTS's but that shouldn't provoke someone to take it for a joy ride just because its there. I will definitely never bring my vehicle back. Too bad because I did really like the way the staff treated me especially in the sales and service dept. prior to this dealing with the collision repair facility around back. read more

I went to this dealership for the completion of an extended warranty that I $769 for. The "mechanic" that worked on my vehicle failed to properly bleed the brakes resulting in me having to go back the next day to finish the job and it is fortunate that I did not have an accident with brake failure. I wasn't going to even write this review but a couple days later when I went into my ash tray to retrieve a couple quarter for a parking meter, all of the coins were gone. No one else had been in my vehicle except some employee at this dealership. The fact that a customer can experience this at a "professional dealership" is beyond me. I would in no way buy a car from them or have one serviced. There are some good people there they I spoke with but they need to weed out the bad apples! read more

I just ordered and then purchased an A4 from this dealer. The service was very good and the overall experience was easy. I arranged all of the paperwork beforehand and was out of there in 20 minutes. They also managed to find me a loan with a lower APR than I was going to get from my bank. I found my salesman to be quite knowledgeable about the car when I was test driving it and he took the time for a half hour after the sale was done to show me all of the fancy gadgets this car has. The one ding here is that they don't keep a lot of a particular model in stock so you either have to take what is in stock or order one like I did. The upside of ordering is that you get just what you want. The downside is it took 2 1/2 months to get my car, but since this thing came from Germany, I can forgive the amount of time. I did find the communication between myself and the dealer during the build as VERY good as they let me know exact dates of production, shipping, arrival, etc. The bottom-line is that I would come back here to buy another car, which we may end up doing in about a year or two. read more

They told me twice they would call me the next day and I never heard from them until I called them a week and a half later. They don't care about their customers, only the $$$.
