The technician showed up on time, and when back up was required the senior support manager came within 20 minutes. The plumber we originally called (different company) took 2 days and 4 visits to "incomplete" the job. Roto Rooter got the job done in one service call and stayed until the job was done correctly. The new Roter Rooter does not just fix drains. They do it all and they do it well.

So I called a different plumber the next day. He took a quick look and said "I can do it for $200". When I told him that Roto Rooter quoted me $450 he was shocked. The parts that needed to be replaced cost $25. I gladly accepted his price and he got the job done in 30 minutes. This just goes to show that you don't have to call a "name brand" to get the job done. For those of you who like to use the big name plumbers, have at it. I'll stick to the independents.
