I took my diamond earrings in to get the pose fix on 1 earring, I was told by one of the female…read moresalespeople no need to take a picture of my earrings since they would be fixed in house they didn't send it out and then she told me I would need to leave both so they could see how the pose suppose to go on. which I thought was weird, so I left both of my earrings and they gave me a total of $200 to fix 1 pose back, well my gut told me not to leave it but I did. smh. when they called and told me it was ready I came in to pick it up, I noticed they had changed Both pose on both earrings and my diamonds weren't the same size as when I dropped them off. I called and asked to speak to the manager and he finally called me back after 4 days. set an appointment with him to bring the earrings in and I also brought a picture. The Diamond from the picture was much bigger and the shape of the frame of the earring, and I asked why would they change both poses without checking with me first and for free! He didn't give me the answer. This just doesn't set well with me and it has been several Month. I am contacting the headquarters administration to take further action. Finally, I was told that "they didn't cause the problem so it's not theirs to fix." Second issue. I called informing them I was going to buy a certain watch. I asked if there was a list to be put on or if I could prepay for it so that it was mine as soon as they got one in. The person on the phone said they could do neither, but suggested I come into the store frequently to check and see if that particular watch came in that day so I could purchase it. Yeah, I'll do that. I'll swing by every day to check. For crying out loud. Then the person suggested I come take a look at what they do have on display because there might be something else I'd like. I called another dealer. They took my information and called me two days later to tell me my watch came in. They couldn't "hold" it for me, so they allowed me to buy it over the phone and I could pick it up at my convenience.

During this I notice my voucher says "anything left longer than 60 days will be considered abandoned". So that's the scheme, I guess. Wonder how much merchandise there is ill gotten goods.
