After having a baby and the family outgrowing the car, we decided to trade in for a bigger used…read morevehicle (Ford Expedition). Something not expensive but reliable. Came to River City Auto Sales and everyone seemed really friendly. However friendly they may have been, they take pride in selling crap cars and ripping people off. After having the car for a few days, a check engine light came on. Went to have it scanned which advised that a "life" of the car check engine light had been turned off and was coming back on. Then I take the car to a Ford dealership and they confirm this is true. They advise one issue, an evap leak, will cost $1900 to fix. I take to a second shop for a second opinion and they advise not only does that need fixed, but there is now another check engine code for bad cam shaft AND a timing issue, which will cost about $2700 to fix. I traded my perfect operating condition car in and wrote a $3500 check for this vehicle. Now I'm looking at $4600+ to fix a car which I paid a $3500 check for. I call the dealer and they say "Sorry, here's the name of a guy who can fix it. Or you can come in and trade it for something else." This is all within two weeks of purchasing. This place is a RIP OFF and a JOKE! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!

Tried for 5 days and multiple times each of those days to get in touch with someone. I did not receive my contract until 3 weeks after I bought the vehicle. I still do not have my plates. Total lack of regard for their customers.
