BUYER BEWARE -- Do not order from BBQ Generals…read more I placed an order for a Blackstone 28" Airfryer Griddle Station on May 8th and was given a 2-3 day shipping window. What followed was two weeks of ignored calls, broken promises, and complete indifference to my situation. After hearing nothing by May 16th, I called customer service. I was promised a callback Monday morning. It never came. I called and emailed Monday afternoon -- no response. Same on Tuesday. Wednesday I finally got through, was promised an immediate follow-up -- nothing. Called back Wednesday afternoon and was told the item was out of stock, but that management was "working on a replacement." Still no callback. I left messages and emails Thursday and Friday morning with no response. At 2:30 PM this Friday -- the day before I'm hosting family at our new home -- I received an abrupt order cancellation with no explanation or apology. I now have no grill and no time to find one. Perhaps most insulting: while ignoring my repeated attempts to get answers, BBQ Generals had the time to send me two emails pushing an extended warranty on a product they apparently never had in stock. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. There are plenty of reputable outdoor retailers who will actually deliver on their promises. Please shop elsewhere and save yourself this ordeal.

I asked when I would get replacements an was given the run around . Then I was told they were on back order. I TRIED to be paticient with BBQ Generals but KEPT getting run around. They also quit accepting my phone calls. Mathew did finally offer a $200 refund for the problems. I accepted. Weeks after that still no items that were back ordered. I finally cancelled the rest of the order. Told them I wanted a refund sent back to my card. Took days to make a decision. Then they got back in touch with me to say they had been shipped one day after I cancelled the shipment. This all happened in December after many weeks delay. Told them I would NOT accept the shipment. The finally called back and said they got the products back and I would get a total refund for the products. As of Today Dec15 they are trying to tell me that they would only receive partial refund because they thought the $200 Mathew gave to me was part of the product refund. I have put a dispute in with the CC company to resolve this issue. I would NEVER recommend this company to any one. The customer service is dreadful. Stir Clear

My suggestion is Home Depot or Lowes across the street, prices are similar if not lower. I wanted to support a small appliance company, in this case my mistake!!!

So they left, and partially put the "new" dishwasher in the spot. 2 weeks later they come back, no one knows what is going on, and they "install" the dishwasher, and when I go to use it and there are dishes in it-it falls forward and slams into my counter- no one ever secured, it so now it bangs back and forth. I called left a message. No one calls for a week, after 2 calls. Then it starts leaking. They blame it on me, and say they can't do anything about it. They can send someone out a (third) time. I ask to talk to the manager multiple times and he is conveniently -every single time and can't ever call back. This won't be the only negative post I put up.
