2nd time having issues here now…read more I specifically requested an AC diagnostic and explained upfront that I had already replaced the compressor, had the system charged the day before, and that a full leak/pressure test had already been performed. Instead of moving forward with a true diagnostic, they repeated the exact same service (discharge and recharge) that had just been done, and then charged me $285 for it. In the end, I'm back to square one--still not knowing what's wrong with my AC, but now out the money for a redundant service I did not need. To make it worse, I was told I'd need to pay even more for a diagnostic... which is what I had asked for in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Be careful coming here for service and make sure they're clear on what you're requesting, or you may end up paying twice without answers. Always ask for Donny. He is awesome! Which I could use this cost towards any repairs I may need. They told me that my transmission needed repairing. Which will take 3-4 business days. So I rented a car for those days.
