When we got back from our vacation, he was not in the office and we couldn't find our vehicle. When he came back to work, he said it was not ready yet, saying one more day, oh just one more day. We didn't get it back for another week. He put another used transmission in it but it didn't fix the issue. He said he still needed extra time which was longer than he promised originally. When we picked it up, we found that he had driven it 875 miles! He had taken the truck "on a test drive". We took the vehicle to another reputable business for repair. He is not to be trusted.

Couple points to make here. Plain and simple, these guys are honest, fair, didn't look for other things to upsell me on, just troubleshooted for the issue and got me back on the road ASAP. Long story short, something as simple as a radiator cap which was defective and losing pressure, was replaced, fluids were topped off, and I was able to get back on the road with just parts fees and a diagnostic fee.
