I'll start by saying my experience is that most carpet cleaning companies do a lousy job cleaning, and always say the carpet will be dry in two hours. Dave is different!! First, we moved all the furniture out of the carpeted rooms. I wanted that, and Dave and Jasper helped me (no extra charge). He finds and treats the stains. Then he and his crew, thoroughly steam cleaned. Because of all the pretreating, Dave told me it would take over night to dry. That's telling the truth! So, I waited to move my furniture back. I don't know how you could ask for more. Dave is responsive to questions sent via Yelp, shows up for estimates and the cleaning on time, is extremely professional and nice. But the best part is how thoroughly he cleans carpet - no pet spots left, even after it dries. I know from experience with others, that the carpet looks great when they leave but after it dries, you can still see remnants of prior problems. Not the case with Dave. Carpet looks like new. Not only is Dave magical with your carpets. I put him to the test with regrouting my 25 year old tired ceramic tile. First he power cleans the floor. I have to admit we had to wash and wash the floor to get rid of the all the residue. I could have left it like this but I really wanted the tile to stand out. So after this amazing cleaning we waited for a week or so. We picked out the acrylic grout color and make the decision to spark up some eye popping effect on this old tile. I called Dave about cleaning my microfiber sectional sleeper sofa. I was nervous because I have never had it cleaned before although I do vacuum it regularly.
