Dave was amazing!! I called him to fix a small area where my puppy had ripped up carpet and he responded the same day with planning a time to come that week to fix the area. My wife and I installed new carpet about eight years ago. Over the last two years, the carpet developed significant wrinkles, which really looked bad. Because the carpet was expensive, and good quality I called Dave's Carpet Repair to see if he could re-stretch it to flatten the wrinkles. Dave arrived on time, and proceeded to re-stretch the wrinkles in our living room, using a long pole attachment that spanned across the room. When he was finished, you couldn't see one former wrinkle. Our master bedroom had the most wrinkles. Dave asked if he could come back on a Sunday, and bring some other materials back with him to protect our sliding glass door windows in the bedroom. We said yes, and he once again showed up on time. The task involved having to remove four closet doors, which he later rehung. After he finished, our bedroom carpet almost looked new again - what an improvement!! My husband and I were VERY pleased with the service we received from Dave of Dave's Carpet Repair. He returned our call very quickly and was out to our house within 2 days. He was very honest and explained that for the large sized area we wanted to replace due to paint damage (we had leftover carpet) it was not cost effective to do so. We could replace the whole room for the same price through a carpet dealer. He did resolve the paint on the carpet in another room. We are thrilled to be without those spots! He voluntarily offered to cut into a corner area (that we will not see) a sample of the pad so we can get the same depth when we replace the carpet. He gave us great advice on carpet care.
