Two days later, I received a message saying the problem had been fixed and that I could pick up the clock. I was asked to pay in cash, which, unfortunately, turned out to be a mistake. Just three days after the repair, it became clear that nothing had changed. The clock was still losing time exactly as it had before. I called the shop several times and left messages explaining that the problem had not been resolved. The owner only answered after I called from a different phone number. After listening to me again, Jan said there was nothing more he could do. When I asked him to refund at least part of the money for a repair that had not solved the problem, he refused. Unfortunately, I was left with the impression that I paid for a repair that did not actually fix the issue. I want to warn potential customers: if you decide to use this shop, make sure to ask in advance what warranty is provided and what happens if the repair does not solve the problem. My personal experience was extremely disappointing.
