As a dog lover obviously I spent a lot of time with Dave's pug, but Dave turned out to be quite friendly as well.

After upgrading my Microsoft Surface Pro X to the latest version of Windows, I discovered that I didn't have enough storage space to use my computer properly. The team quickly assessed my situation and helped me upgrade the SSD, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring I was taken care of. They completed the upgrade in a timely manner, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. It's rare to find a team that goes above and beyond the way they did. Thank you, Nick, Josh, Rose, and Kevin, for the exceptional service. Highly recommended!

I have seen the giga lines for Micro Center during the graphics card boom. Horrifying, but I feel like that's what mostly contributes to the super low ratings here, and a LOT of them, mind you. But it also might be due to people malding at spending a lot of money on something that didn't work for them. I was here window shopping, we are not the same. Plenty of parking the Saturday afternoon that we went. There was staff everywhere in every section, 2-3 of them even, who were ready and there to answer questions or guide you to where you need to go. Definitely a tech nerd's paradise if anything. They have a Tech Bar there, a station to build your own computer, and I think the most unique thing that they have here is the extensive in person shopping for 3D printers and the different color filaments, if you're into that as a hobby. There's things for gamers (even a lot of set up for gaming racers - a lot of which I have never seen before then), people who like to build and DIY things, consumer electronics, and even figurines and toys, for kids who are there too, I suppose. Not bad to peruse through.

I've come here for about a year, mostly for the printing services as I'm a university student, and…read moreto buy a few miscellaneous office supplies like pen ink refills, Post-Its, and a folder. But a few months ago, we saw a deal on a sandwich board directly outside the front door advertising a "student printer bundle," which included an HP printer, two ink cartridges, and a ream of paper for $100. A couple weeks later, we decided to do it. We walked in, asked an associate on the floor about it, and they said "Go up to the register, they'll set you up there." So we went and waited in line (not too long, like two customers ahead of us), but when we got to the cashier, she told us we're supposed to go get the printer ourselves, then bring it up and she would add on the ink and paper. 10 minutes later, we located the printer specified in the ad, and carried it up to the register. The cashier then started adding in the ink and a 20 lb. box of paper. Confused, we clarified that we wanted to do the student printer bundle on the board outside that came with only one ream of paper. She was completely bewildered, asked "For THIS store?" and ended up calling over a supervisor. He explained the deal to her and that all she had to do was scan all the products, and the total would automatically change to $100. She did that and it worked. After the supervisor walked away, she told us she had no idea about that deal. We thought that was very weird because that board had been in front of the store for at LEAST two weeks that she would've had to walk by? Also, shouldn't the employees know about the deals going on? Here's the part that really sent us: As we paid and finished checking out, the cashier's cell phone rang, she ANSWERED it on speaker phone, and it was clearly some man (adult son or husband?) at home. She continued casually chatting with him about nothing while she bagged up our items. ("What's wrong?" "Nothing, why?" "You sound weird." "I just woke up." "Oh... Well what are you doing?") Finally as we grabbed our bag and receipt and started to walk away, she mouthed "Bye." to us, the CUSTOMERS, so as not to interrupt her phone call. Lol, it was surreal. The printer bundle deal was great and we're glad it worked out, but man. That store does not run smoothly and the cashiers need... more professional development.

Outstanding Customer Service - Office Depot Copier Area…read more I went to Office Depot to pick up my order and noticed Olivia Arreola working alone at the copier area. There were four customers ahead of me, yet Olivia managed everything calmly, efficiently, and with a warm smile. Her patience, professionalism, and positive attitude under pressure truly stood out. I even told her she deserves a raise -- she was working like two people, helping everyone with genuine care. Office Depot is so fortunate to have such a dedicated and passionate employee. I don't usually write reviews due to my busy schedule, but Olivia's exceptional service truly deserves recognition. Thank you, Olivia, for your kindness and excellent assistance! This was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had at Office Depot in Signal Hill branch. I highly recommend this location, especially the copier area department.

Thought so too, but I indeed left with a brand new Mac Laptop for only $50 and my payments would start in about two weeks. The catch? There is no catch, really. They are pretty upfront about everything. Yes, you are paying high price than if you were to walk into any other store and pay cash upfront. They make it possible for someone that doesn't have $1,000 to drop on a new MacBook. My scenario was computer cost $1,200 normally in store it goes for about $1,000. Then you add tax so it got close to $1,400. You job is your credit, so for someone that doesn't have the best credit due to student loans they made it super easy. Now you apply through a company, that has really good reviews and you fill out the application in store or you can do it from the comfort of you home. Yeah you pay a higher price, but it's either that or wait to save up to buy a laptop. In my case I needed it as an emergency so I had to do it this way. Paying it off in 90 is true, I contacted the company myself and was told the same thing, you have until the last day to make the full payment and you will not incur interest. Everyone there was super friendly :) Thank you so much, this process was easy and painless.
