My son stopped to get coffee on his way to work and when he returned to his car, it would not start. He already replaced the battery three weeks prior, so we assumed it was not the battery. Contacted AAA and the mechanic determined that it was the starter. AAA towed the car home and we contacted Dave to get a price quote for the repair. Price seemed reasonable and he was available to come to our house the next day. The next day he contacted my son and said he could come earlier than planned if we wanted. My Suv alternator died and killed my battery also! I had no way to get to a shop other than paying for a tow so I opted for a mobile service thru yelp assistant! Dave's Dispatch was the first mobile company to respond and said he could get to me in a few hours and gave me a quote! When Dave arrived he verified my alternator was bad and suggested to change the serpentine belt also! This was at noon and by 12:39pm I received a text with my receipt for the job! That's how long he took to change my belt and alternator! Dave also suggested I change my battery so he followed me to Costco and took the battery out. While I went into Costco to get the new battery, he went to AutoZone down the road to get parts to tighten my negative connector as it was worn and loose! He came back and installed my new battery all this while he was already paid and didn't have to do anything else!
