One should have low expectations for fast food: order accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. This KFC was able to handle all 5 disparate orders without an error, far faster than I expected, and the food was exactly as expected (no, the mashed potatoes do not look all fluffy and substantive like the ads, but they're the same ones KFC has always produced). The staff was friendly and willing to engage in banter while working at an impressive pace. All in all a good escape from theme park fare. It's what you would expect from the Kentucky fried Chicken. The food is solid it's fast food I like the options and how close it is to my job. Makes for an easy grab and go lunch. The staff is always fairly nice and it's as clean as you would expect the only real gripe that I have is that anytime I order from this place I never get my dipping sauces I almost have to make sure before I leave that I got everything that I needed. On 10/11/22 @ 730pm. The lady taking the order at the drive thru was extremely rude. My 9 year old son commented on how rude she was. She definitely needs customer service skills or don't need to work with the public. Went to KFC on Sunday, July 23, around 8:25PM went through drive-through first wanted to order the ultimate barbecue chicken sandwich, the young man at drive-through said we are out of all chicken sandwiches. So I proceeded to order my food got up to the window paid for the food. The gentleman asked me to drive around the double doors. Why I was waiting there was a car that pulled around and they came out within minutes to get their food to them. I waited until. Until 8:43 PM then I went inside. Where do I begin? There's something broken in the efficiency of getting orders out because we were stuck for over an hour waiting for our order to go. Yes, over an hour. With a huge group of people in the restaurant and in a cluster by the counter waiting for food.
