I asked if there was any other way they could make it right, like maybe letting me pick up a small gift card another time for the inconvenience, and the employee basically laughed it off and said it was "just a minor issue." To them it may have been minor, but when you pay for something, you expect to receive the full order. A little understanding and customer care would've gone a long way. The food is good, but customer service matters too, and unfortunately this experience makes me not want to continue going to this location.
