I am writing this as the father of the vehicle owner, and I have never seen a service provider handle a customer complaint so poorly. My daughter's Land Rover was detailed by David Detailing. After the service, a window was discovered to be cracked. Prior documentation of the vehicle showed the glass was intact before the appointment. When David was contacted about the damage and given an opportunity to discuss reimbursement, he refused to take responsibility. What happened next was even more concerning. Rather than working toward a solution, David claimed he was consulting an attorney, then stated that his insurance company would be contacting us. Instead of addressing the damage to the vehicle, the situation escalated in a way that left our family deeply concerned. The quality of the detailing itself was also disappointing. Areas of the vehicle, including the roof, appeared not to have been properly cleaned. Accidents can happen. What matters is how a business responds when they do. In my opinion, professionalism, accountability, and customer service were completely lacking here.
