I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too disappointing not to share. My daughter paid $60 for a full set of nails, and the quality was unacceptable. The nails were uneven, bulky, poorly shaped, and looked rushed. We expected much better workmanship for the price. Rather than immediately leaving a negative review, we returned to the salon and calmly showed the owner our concerns, hoping they would make it right. Instead, the owner refused to fix the nails or offer any type of refund. Even more disappointing, she raised her voice at my daughter and told her she would not correct the work. Everyone makes mistakes, but great businesses stand behind their work and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, we experienced neither. We paid a premium price for poor-quality work and were left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Based on our experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon. read more

Terrible!! She was talking to me in ENGLISH (really important) and I told her what I want and showed her a photo and she said ok I can do that I thought okay great and also this is my third time going she speaks English for all those but when I corrected her mid nail because she put the color of my tip as base and the base as a tip and I said "oh I wanted this color as a tip" and she said "I don't speak English" like GURL!!!! And I got my nails off today and he was taking it off and he was drilling my skin SKIN not nail FRICKEN SKIN and I guess refills are 40??? That is what it says on the sign yes, but it says on a sign that all things are 10% off but that is NOT 10% off please I know it's a lot more expensive go to ANY other nail place please and if u do get ur nails done here PLEASE don't get them removed here promise it is terrible!!! Also she refused to remove my nails because there was a fungus infection and not to forget she COUGHED ON ME and they don't wear gloves or maskes and they use the bathroom and don't wash their hands and the vibe is terrible like they are mean and nasty and I don't think they have H.O.R ever in there!!! Mind you I am 12 and a nail tech I went in there because I needed my nails done and couldn't spend 167 bucks including tip and make an appointment so I decided to go to DA-VI Nails HORRIBLE mistake I've been there before and they did an good job!! Stay away. Had to have my daughters nails redone. Full of air bubbles. Very lucky did not get fungus.

I went on a Sunday...YES, they are open on a Sunday! I love this place! They use good quality gel, the thick kind, not that thin stuff that you can see through when you hold your nail up to the light. They are also very friendly! There's usually only a handful of workers, if that, so plan to go during non-peak hours so you won't have to wait too long. The only down side is that it's inside Walmart! I hate the parking situation almost as much as I hate grocery stores in general. I get all my groceries delivered... They do a really good job on tips, manicures, cat eye, foil, etc. They are very good with unique designs. Furthermore, they are very reasonable on their prices. A full set will run between 35-45 dollars depending on options you choose. A gel manicure is about average around 35. I highly recommend this place ! read more

Had a pedicure last week and met the new owner. Not really impressed. The polish wasn't totally dry when they wanted me to leave. The polish is chipped. The skin was trimmed too much and I had 2 sore toes. Theyoung men have some learning and the owner should not rush a customer out. read more

Today I paid $60 and a $10 tip for what I thought was a beautiful nail set, but I am quickly realizing how sad I am about these nails. They didn't push my cuticles back or clean up my nail beds at all. So even though I just got them done today, they already look overgrown! I want to cry. Went here because I have a wedding to go to and didn't have time to make an appointment where I normally go. The guy was nice but, $28 for a gel set quickly turned into $55 with just a chrome color(+$10) and shape(+17 apparently) My nails are wavy, have air pockets and are crooked. He kept asking personal questions which I thought was a bit odd also, if I have a boyfriend, where I'm from, where I'll be this weekend. I handed him $60 and was going to give him the change as a tip but, he never brought my change, maybe thinking I would forget he didn't give it to me and I would double tip? read more

This salon is under new management and has been remodeled! It's beautiful and spotless. The new owners are so sweet and very knowledgeable! I wanted the new dip powder nails and got the best job on my nails I've ever had! I highly recommend this place! read more

Rude, unfriendly owner, who made me take phone calls and answer customer questions while she did my nails. Being asked caught me off guard, so I complied, not knowing what else to do. I was the only customer and I would have been more than happy to wait for her to finish with her phone calls. Also, the place was disorganized and filthy, especially the phone she had me use! I couldn't wait to get home and bathe. My nails are okay, at best, but I had to file the edges because they were still jagged, and catching on everything. Horrible! This lady is a complete liar. Both the website and the sign at the entrance both clearly say, "Pedicure Special: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday $19". When me and my 3 daughters are all finished with our pedi's she looks at me and says, "You pay for all, $85." I repeat, $85??? She nods. I check the sign on the way out, and she has covered "Monday" with a piece of paper. Unbelievable!! No tip for her! read more

I've been here twice and will never go back. The first time I went I asked her to do black lines on top of the orange acrylic and she said she would. She forgot so when I asked when she was going to add them she said, "next time" she charged me $30 which I thought was high but I hadn't checked the price prior to coming in so I didn't question her. A few days later I saw her sign that said "full set $20"My nails started lifting in the back really soon after getting them done. Today I went in and I told her I wanted the orange acrylics off and to have all new acrylics put on and she said "no that's too much work" so she left the orange acrylics on and did my nails. I had checked her sign before walking in and it said "fill $15" she charged me $25 when I questioned her she said it's because I got gel, I didn't ask for gel and after talking to a friend who does nails professionally she said that I did not have gel nails and that the lady lied. The first time I was there she was nice but after being shown such disshonesty and bossiness about what is being put on my hands I will never return! read more
