I was a loyal client of this nail salon for many years and genuinely enjoyed being part of their community. I consistently spoke highly of the owner Nam and the business, referred friends and clients to my nail tech ChiChi and always supported them in good faith. Unfortunately, my experience ended in a very disappointing way. After expressing concern about a price increase $67 for a polish change 2 days after I originally had them done. I respectfully and honestly--asked details on the pricing. I was dropped as a client without any explanation or acknowledgment. There was no conversation, no attempt to address my concerns, and no appreciation shown for the years of loyalty and referrals I provided. What made this especially upsetting was not the pricing itself, but how the situation was handled. Long-term clients deserve communication and respect. Purchased gift for 2 (meni-peti) services. Showed up on time, One of us got both services and other one only hands ONLy because front desk booked the wrong service. When asked how long the wait, with attitude the answer was " very very Very long wait". Meanwhile one of us was done with both services. Tech's are good, place looks good bur lacks BASIC customer service from young lady at the front desk. Not only she did not accommodate for HER MISTAKE, she never apologized AND worst of all was extremely rude to us at the end. She took the money, $175 and when asked how did this happen, she walked away from us saying basically "S**t happens". I was able to book online and get in for my service quickly. You check in on an iPad when you get in. There is contemporary pop music playing in the background, not too loud. I was here Feb 27. Very cute place, but sadly , by far the worst dip mani/pedi I have ever had. Not only does it look just horrible, it was double what I have paid anywhere else .. I took my mother and daughter in law for mani pedi's. It was the worst service I have ever received. One of the technicians made fun of my mom mixing up the color number and challenged her. I was mortified. My tech asked 4 times my color number and still got it wrong. My cuticles had color on them when I left and 2 of the 3 of us decided to decline our mani due to the pedi being so bad. The mani person had he cuticle cut so badly the tech had to stop the bleeding. I will never return to and highly recommend you think twice about this place. The nail shop is located in Commence in the shopping center near Subway. I would recommend an appointment just because they are super busy, but the wait is so worth it. New to the area. I had very high hopes for this place based on the reviews. I called ahead to see if they could take me today (Monday Feb 3rd) and after a bit of hesitation and being told they are busy today, I was told I could come in at 5 o'clock. I waited over 35 minutes before being seen and even had someone that came in after me (with no appointment) get seated first. No problem, I can wait. Finally, I am seated at the first desk on the right, behind the wall of polishes. It did not appear that this desk was cleaned at all in between services, and if it was it was not cleaned well. I told my technician in a playful tone that I hope they were in the mood for something fun, knowing I was about to ask for quite a bit from her. I showed her multiple pictures describing the shape, designs, and colors I wanted. When I was first sat, all she said was "manicure, full set?" and I replied "both, actually, please" - from there, I don't even think she so much as LOOKED at my cuticles. Didn't even push them back and trim them, let alone give me a full manicure... I am calling these "mystery nails" because I selected a dip color (46) but certainly did not receive a dip service. I think what was used was just colored acrylic, as it was the same technique and steps as any other time I've gotten acrylic nails (wet brush dipped into tub of powder) I think I was given shellac polish (for my design fingers) when I did not ask for it, so I'm pretty sure that was an unnecessary extra charge. I could tell she was either very stressed out or very irritated by my requests. My left thumb, yes my actual thumb, was filed rather hard multiple times. At the end of the service, my nails looked just okay. Then someone else tells me it will be, drumroll please.. $70 for my nails!!! And I have no idea what I even paid for. I know long nails and designs are extra but I still have no idea how we got here. Regardless, I still tipped OVER 20%, thanked her sincerely again and left. If I'm feeling brave one day, perhaps I will return to give them another chance, and make sure to ask the annoying question of "how much is this" any time we talk about details... read more

I love this nail salon. I've been going here for a little over a year now. Everyone there is extremely talented especially with nail art and I love booking to get designs and mani/pedis. They are super friendly and clean. I have been seeing Alyssa the past few times and have gotten so many compliments on my nails. I also see Amy or Chichi - honestly I take whoever is available because they are all so good! Definitely book in advance they get super busy! They still try to accept walk-ins when they can. The receptionists are also extremely nice and helpful when booking since they do get so busy so they try to accommodate as much as possible. I cannot stand the receptionist. Every time I've been there she is yelling throughout the salon and at the nail techs. Even if I'm on the complete opposite side I can hear her yelling as if she is 5 feet in front of me. If you're going here after a long day at work, don't. Just go another day. Another nail salon to replace the previous nail salon in the strip mall. Their website makes this place seem glamorous and natural. Nope, it's your average nail place. It smells like acrylics no doubt about it. The employees don't talk to you and most dont speak English. It took me 10 minutes to explain to the woman that I was allergic to her latex gloves. The place did seem clean so that's a plus. They have a fairly large selection of polishes to choose from both regular and gel. A picture on the wall and the website shows they fo drippings, not sure what those are as I've never had that done. Again, I wouldn't come out of my way to get my nails done here but it's a decent place in a pinch. read more
