Every single time you call this office they immediately place you on hold, and likely several times over the course of a single phone call. You will always wait at least an hour to be seen rather than your scheduled appointment time. The front desk manager has not only argued with patients over the phone, but also has inappropriately mocked patients out loud and discusses her encounters with other members of the front desk, allowing for the rest of the patients in the waiting room to hear someone else's personal business. I have experienced both instances on several occasions over the years and it's really a shame to have such a wonderful and trustworthy practitioner be coupled with an inconsiderate staff like this.

I wound up getting into it with an immature, possibly mentally unstable, phone receptionist and when I asked to speak to Stacey, she told me "Stacey won't be calling you back, she doesn't handle these issues." I couldn't believe the service today. I will have to let Stacey and Dr. Goldstein know they need new competent receptionists. Terrible today!

She's always been honest and thorough during our exams and came to congratulate me when it was confirmed that I was pregnant. She explained that I would also meet with Dr Guta and Dr Yassa as any one of them could deliver me. All of these doctors are amazing and took the best care of me. Typically I'd schedule my appointments Saturday mornings or early during the week before work and there's no more than a 20 minute wait. Pam and Victoria (NPs) are also fantastic and always provide me with a mini science lesson on what's going on with my body. I delivered my baby boy in December at 36+5 and had a very fast labor at Good Sam. Even thought they couldn't make it in time, Dr Yassa and Dr Guta checked on me. I've heard of nightmare stories about the lack of care at other Ob/Gyn practices and my experience here was great. They even provided me with a nurse concierge (on call text support). 1 star off because the after hours person seemed to not know how to help me when I went into labor and there have been a few times before my pregnancy when my wait was longer than 30 minutes. No one is perfect I guess. Oh and for all the pregnant mamas, this practice gives you a ton of sonogram pictures of your little one. That's also a great perk.

I've been a patient at this office for years, and this was the final straw…read more Long wait times have always been the norm, but this visit was beyond frustrating. After sitting in the waiting room for about 20 minutes, I was told I couldn't even be seen because they no longer perform sonograms at this location. The staff claimed they tried calling me the same day, but I never received a call or voicemail. What's ironic is they had no problem calling me multiple times the week before and sending text messages to confirm my appointment. To make matters worse, the practice apparently switched to Northwell, yet there was absolutely no communication to patients about changes that would affect scheduled appointments. If this had been communicated properly, I wouldn't have wasted my time driving there and waiting. While I was waiting, the two young receptionists were loudly cursing throughout their conversation, gossiping about women being "ugly," and talking about their boyfriends. It was incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate for a medical office where patients expect privacy, compassion, and respect. After years of being a loyal patient, I'm extremely disappointed. Between the lack of communication, excessive wait times, and unprofessional front desk staff, I will be taking my care elsewhere.

I am not sure if they pick and choose who they want to treat with respect. This office feels like they rush you like you're just another insurance sale. Their staff are friendly, but I must say some of the sonotechs are rude. I've had 2 different sono techs so far and 3 different doctors check up on me. I'm not so sure why I got different doctors for all of these 3 visits, I thought they would stick me to one, whomever will be delivering my baby. But anyways The first sonogram I had was transvaginal, but I did let my sono tech know I will decline next time, she said it was fine. Suddenly I get a new sonotech, and she gets upset about me not doing the transvaginal, I let her know I don't feel comfortable. She does me a regular ultrasound but she presses down on my stomach so hard causing me pain, and I lay there taking it, but she didn't even try her best to move around my belly and get a good image. She just went like "well it came out unclear" got the measurements so fast. She took 4 photos printed them, rips two of them apart sloppy and goes like "here take those". I'm like thanks... I'm my head I'm thinking how more attitude can she express? She's bothered over the fact I declined transvaginal. I go over to the doctors room, to talk about a private matter, and the doctor says baby is normal everything seems good. I ask about my private concern and the doctor just shuts me down. This was the first time meeting with this doctor. The first 2 were so sweet and kind and all my questions were answered. This new doctor was so dismissive of my concerns. I appreciate all doctors but I've never hand an interaction in all my years with no doctor like this one. I believe there are right ways and right words to use when talking to your patients. Just an example of how I got shut down because there are too many to say. I asked the doctor on which side of my pelvis is this "xxx" located? Doctor goes "it doesn't matter which side! It doesn't matter if you try to avoid it by laying on your left or on your right it doesn't matter". She didn't even want to hear me out. I asked on which side of my pelvis it was because i would like to know if Maybe If I ever feel throbbing sharp pains on that area I could let her know, just maybe? Well Doctor didn't let me know which side it was. The second example, was when I asked how accurate were the dimensions of this private matter? I asked Are the dimensions less accurate now maybe because when it was first found it was done with a transvaginal ultrasound? But now that I'm getting a regular ultrasound the dimensions are a bit harder to get or are the dimensions just as accurate? The doctor shuts me down and doesn't even consider my question she just goes like "The transvaginal sonogram did not cause that "...." !!!!" I stayed quiet. Never once did I say that the transvaginal sonogram was the cause of my private matter. Nor was I even insinuating such thing I was only asking about the accuracy of the dimensions of what they found inside of me. I asked because this way I know better if I were to come to my next appointment I should take a day off, get a transvaginal done instead, but I don't think I'll have hopes in coming back. The doctor just quickly ended the conversation, and said you know what come to the front, I go to the front desk, she tells the lady get her in for a part one? I'm like what's a part one? Doctor walks away I'm like okay thanks, I was afraid to even try and ask again because the way she was already shutting me down in her office, she'd probably shut me down there too if I asked. I asked the kind lady upfront and she was able to explain to me what is a part one. Now I'm not sure if this is normal behavior of a doctor but as a first time mom, and being concerned for what was found, I just wanted my questions answered. I have never been treated like less in an office specially by a doctor. If you've read this far along, thanks for hearing me out. I swear this was by far the worst experience.

After finding out I was pregnant I became Diane's patient. Diane is really amazing, calm, and so easy to talk to. She really takes her time with her patients, so the wait doesn't usually bother me unless I'm hungry. I've honestly never had a problem with her. The front desk staff however ... They are nice and polite. I will say but they are honestly sometimes useless and a hassle. It's like as if they aren't quite sure as to what it is they are doing or what their job description entails. I'm not sure if it's because I usually come at a busy time, but when you need something they are not the one to call. I was calling for my gender results for over two weeks and instead of realizing "mhm, this is odd the lab is taking a long time, let me call and see what's up", the medical assistant (whom I really appreciate) , took the initiative and called and realized the blood samples never made it to the lab. Which then ruined my thanksgiving gender reveal. And is obviously ANNOYING. Because now a week later I'm still playing phone tag with them. I can't imagine if it was something more serious how would someone else feel? The medical assistants are both really great but overwhelmed, because it usually just one on shift at a time which I think is odd due to the amount of patients they get. I found that if you come as early as possible you'll be out in an hour instead of coming at a regular after work time and having dinner and the evening news in the office. Like the medical assistants the office has I believe multiple sonogram techs I've had two. One is a lot more straightforward and quick, which sometimes comes off as rushing. While the other is a bit more personal and sweeter. It depends on what you need. I'm okay with either mostly because I'm usually to go about my day. The office in all isn't that bad, it really depends on who you interact with. I love them for OB care and that is probably what has me dealing with the wait times and other issues. It's really clean, you get sonograms every visit, and you get a chance to actually speak to your doctor. The four stars is really for Diane, the medical assistants, and sonogram tech. The wait time and organization aspect can and hopefully will be fixed.

This is going to be a long review. This place is a nightmare…read more I went there last year for my annual exam and afterwards I was recommended to see their "menopause specialist" in Garden City. A week later I went and after waiting about 45 minutes they took me in and were prepping me for another exam. I told them I just had an exam last week to check my chart. They wouldn't listen so I sat there waiting for the doctor who came in and asked why I wasn't just brought to her office. I explained to her that her staff didn't listen to me and I wasn't sure if there was another test that she might have had to do. After speaking with her she recommended 3 over the counter solutions. This appointment could have been an email, but then they don't get paid. Needless to say her recommendations weren't helpful. Fast forward to this spring. I went back to the Massapequa office where Nancy Davidson was going to do my exam. She came into the room and asked if I still had my uterus. Uhhh yeah. Then she said " oh, we're taking out your IUD" I almost lost my mind. What the hell!? Don't you read your charts?? I need a Pap smear! As she was starting she tried getting me to make an appointment for Botox. How about just focus on my ladies parts and leave my old face for later. She said she was told she needed to ask everyone who came in. She did my exam abnormally quick and I said something about it. She dismissed it by saying that's all she needed. Then she called a few day later saying I needed a colposcopy because there was a very slight change. So of course I made an appointment right away with Dr Linder. After the exam I wasn't feeling great and was told to just wait a little bit. No one came back in to check on me, so I went to find someone and the woman at the front desk ( the only good part of that place) had to find him to see if I could leave. Thanks for the concern, buddy. 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I called and they said he should have reached out. That evening I got a call from him. He clearly had never used voicemail before because he left 2 garbled sounding messages that said absolutely nothing. I had to call again and he couldn't even answer why I needed this test and said it was so minimal. He said it's probably nothing but maybe I'll get Cancer in 20years. He also told me to get another Pap smear in 2-3 months. I 100% believe I did not need this procedure. Neither practitioner could give me a definitive reason for it and after it was done it was dismissed as no big deal. It wasn't covered under insurance so now I have to fight that. Do yourself a favor and stay away! Find someone who actually cares about women's health. This place should be closed down

When I showed up there were protestors outside but not within the parking lot, which was great. Inside a lovely medical assistant took my ID and insurance card and I took a seat in the waiting room. The room is small but there were only two people ahead of me when I arrived. I was taken into a private area to go over my insurance co-pays, everything here is very discreet. After 20 minutes of waiting I was brought to an office where another medical assistant took my vitals and went over my medical history. After that she prepped the exam room and I was well on my way!
