Holly answered all my questions on the phone and she's one of the reasons why I decided to do all my treatments here. Are they a little pricey? Yes. Did I trust dr.Patel to complete the work that I need? Also yes. I'm ok with paying more just to have the peace of mind. Today's appt was supposed to be 4 hours(fillings, a crown and deep cleaning for my left side. I was 13 mins late- texted and called the office to let them know I'm going to be late, in case they couldn't fit me in anymore. Holly answered and said no problem, drive safe. When I got there Holly was busy, Maria checked me in. The first thing she said to me was "we might not be able to do all your treatments today since you're late. Please sign all the forms and pay the balance of $550." I said what do you mean? The whole reason why I'm here today is that I don't want to get numbed multiple times. She said but you're late and time is tight. My machine is not up front so do you have a card? I said I texted Holly she's aware I'd be a little late, she rolled her eyes and said "I can see the message too". Who talks like that and who trained her? It took them 15 mins to check me in and I didn't even SEE the doctor's face till 11:45. Clearly my 13 mins was really a big deal lol. I am responsible for being 13 mins late but I believe Maria could work on her delivery better. If you want to gaslight patients cuz you're overbooked- you're arguing with the wrong person. I'd have no problem if I was told on the phone that me being late would delay my treatment- I probably would have turned around and rescheduled instead of driving half an hour to get there and be told that I cannot do all of my treatments which would of defeated the purpose. Dr.Patel ended up doing all my treatments as discussed- I want to make it clear that this review does reflect on her work, the hygienist, Dr Jamie(I believe she did my deep cleaning) and Holly. I'm more than disappointed by the front staff Maria and her unprofessionalism/rudeness. Holly witnessed the whole interaction and the fact that this wasn't brought up to the management is concerning. If I was the owner of the practice I would absolutely like to know who cares about my clients and who doesn't. I hope they do better in the future.

Honestly, I wish I could be friends with all of them! I've come here for pictures, X-rays, cleanings, deep cleanings, and most recently wisdom teeth removal. Every experience has been amazing, but it was my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Kamal that drove me to finally write this review. I was terrified going in. I put off getting my wisdom teeth out for 5-7 years because my pain tolerance is laughably low (getting my ears pierced was traumatic enough). I had to get all 4 removed at once to relieve some pain I was experiencing, and from the first conversation, the team completely reassured me. They went over everything, post-op plans, expectations, recovery tips and made me feel like I was genuinely in good hands. But even then, I had no idea just how committed they were to making this comfortable for me. The surgery? Flawless. I didn't feel a single bit of pain or discomfort not before, during, or after. I'm someone who cries at a paper cut, so to walk away from oral surgery without pain? Truly a miracle. I chose IV sedation, and it was so easy , i fell asleep, and next thing I knew, I was at home, pain-free and minus four teeth. Recovery has been just as smooth. No pain, no issues, and if there ever was a moment of mild discomfort, Tylenol took care of it. I went in for my post-op checkup and everything is healing beautifully. Ill now be starting my invisalign journey with them. Dr. Kamal is amazing, and I still can't believe how positive this entire experience was. I couldn't have asked for a better team or outcome. I found this dental office recommendation on the next door app. From day one, they were honest, kind and accommodating. From the moment you walk in to their offices, you're greeted warmly and professionally. Everything that they use is state of the art high tech gear. They use the most noninvasive technology you can imagine which makes the entire process SO much easier, quicker and more enjoyable. Also explain everything. I was incredibly impressed with this place and that's saying a lot because I'm picky. I even got to watch Netflix while I waited for the doctor to tend to me. The amounts shown to me were: * Crown -- $1,092.00 * Abutment -- $500.00 * Intraoral periapical X-ray -- $0.00 I understood these to be the costs associated with my treatment. I also knew that my insurance did not cover the implant procedure, so I expected to be responsible for the amount presented in the treatment plan. I paid $1,592.00, based on the original treatment case, and understood that I had paid the agreed amount in full. Later, I discovered that the office had charged: * Crown -- $1,549.00 * Abutment -- $1,004.00 * Intraoral periapical X-ray -- $38.00 I then received a bill showing an additional $999.00 balance. I have disputed this balance and requested that the office review the original treatment plan, the charges, and my payment. I have also requested an explanation of why the charges are different from the amounts originally presented to me and documentation showing when I agreed to the increased charges. My concern is not simply that the final amount was higher. It is that I relied on the original treatment information when I agreed to proceed and made my payment accordingly. I recommend that prospective patients ask for a detailed written treatment plan and confirm in writing exactly what they will be responsible for paying before proceeding with expensive dental treatment. This review reflects my personal experience and the billing documents provided to me. She took my information and was able to schedule me the same day. She was even more amazing in person during the check-in and check-out processes. She patiently listened to my concerns, reassured me, and came up with a plan I was comfortable with executing. I saw Dr. Sofia Valenzuela, and she is an amazing dentist . She is knowledgeable, gentle, kind and genuinely cares about her patients. The entire staff is just as impressive, everyone in the office is professional, and welcoming. Another thing I really appreciate is that you don't have to wait for anything you need.
