Before ordering replacement planks, we decided to get one last opinion and called Courtney at Truman Hardwood. Courtney came out, thoroughly inspected the floors, and immediately identified the real issue--it wasn't damaged flooring at all, just a buildup of wax from a previous product. Instead of selling us an unnecessary replacement, they honestly explained that our floors could be restored through their cleaning and refinishing service. The results were incredible. Our floors look beautiful again, and they saved us thousands of dollars. On top of that, they also refinished our countertops, and those turned out amazing as well.
