I could have thought my sleep problem was being treated when I took an at home test and my gp suggested I get a cpap from a local company, but I went in to see Dr Kim and I wasn't happy when he suggested coming in to the clinic for an all night test. But he was right, and it turns out that even when on the cpap during the overnight I stopped breathing 37 times, so traditionaly cpap machine won't help me and I need further intervention. I am so grateful to Dr Kim for finding this.

Not impressed at all. Been a patient for a few years and their customer service is so damned bad…read moreanymore it's not even funny. 6 months ago, they ordered the wrong sleep study for me. I called and told them that it was the wrong one, they told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Later, they admitted that it was the wrong one and they'd have to do it again in 6 months. In the last 3 weeks, i've left 3 messages asking for the nurse to call me back so I can get the sleep study scheduled. They just ignore the messages. I'm not even sure what to do anymore. They just simply don't seem to give a damn.

They kept selling me masks that weren't working after charging me for sleep studies. I paid over…read more$5,000 and they want me to do a third sleep study in less than six months because the mask I purchased from them wasn't sealing. It's a lot of churning to get your $ without helping me with Sleep Apnea. The more problems they fiind the more they make.
