They guided me through every step of what they were doing and even let me pick what music we could listen to during the surgery (I was passed out but still- super nice to wake up to it). Once I woke up again they gave this very handy face wrap to ice my cheeks/jaw. Before I even went into surgery and had my consultation they played a video for me that easily explained what the procedure is like and what to expect. All 3 of my children had the pleasure of being his patients and getting their wisdom teeth taken out by him. He was very professional and answered all of my "mom questions" he explained everything very patiently and kindly. All 3 of the surgeries went fantastic! He followed up-in the evening with me to check on them. The healing process was great they all had very little to no swelling. A week later was the follow up and everything went very well and smooth. According to my children aged 19-25 they all said they rated the entire experience and Dr. Theiss a 100/100 his bedside manner was great and If they had to do it again they would without questioning or hesitation. In my opinion that says everything to me about how wonderfully they were treated and taken care of by Dr. Theiss and his staff. It took another 5 years for me to admit I needed them out and I decided to go to Dr Feinerman after hearing for years how great he is. 1. Hes seriously awesome. All my fears were totally squashed after meeting him. Seriously I was convinced I was going to go permanently numb and lose all feeling and taste in my mouth. That didnt happen and the milkshake I just devoured was glorious. Granted I'm still numb so spilling milkshake all over myself definitely happened. I'm not even bleeding. Which is good (see point 3). 2. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what would happen. All of his prognosis was good. Mind you I'm still numb and on painkillers but I can still Yelp like a pro, so it couldn't be that bad. He also listened to EVERYTHING I said from my concerns to where my veins were so that the IV didnt kill me. 3. I woke up and started laughing because I almost dry heaved due to the gauze. Than I couldn't stop laughing. These drugs are great. No pain and constant entertainment. I legit cant tell you what's funny, but I can tell you the experience is fun. 4. I was seriously worried about being Chip and Dale's long lost sister. NO SWELLING so far. And no excruciating pain. All of my fears were literally for no reason I should have listened to my dad (if you know him, dont tell me him I said this as he will hold it over my head for the rest of my natural life during this I told you so moment). Dr. Feinerman is awesome! Obviously, no one likes oral surgery, but he is great along with his amazing staff! Thank you!!!

I looked him up with the Board and he has never had a complaint, so I was relieved. However, it was his angelic patience and demeanor that stood out. Here was a real doctor exercising the profesión he loves and has dedicated himself too. When my daughter was done, we left happy and content. When we called a little later because she was feeling pain, he immediately asked us to come in again. And again it was the same angelic service with the patience of Job. He gave his his cell phone--which he does for all patients--to call him if there are any issues. That night he called again to check up on his patient. A true professional practitioner and gentleman: a rarity in his field.
