All 3 of my children had the pleasure of being his patients and getting their wisdom teeth taken out by him. He was very professional and answered all of my "mom questions" he explained everything very patiently and kindly. All 3 of the surgeries went fantastic! He followed up-in the evening with me to check on them. The healing process was great they all had very little to no swelling. A week later was the follow up and everything went very well and smooth. According to my children aged 19-25 they all said they rated the entire experience and Dr. Theiss a 100/100 his bedside manner was great and If they had to do it again they would without questioning or hesitation. In my opinion that says everything to me about how wonderfully they were treated and taken care of by Dr. Theiss and his staff. I have been overjoyed with this practice since became a patient back in October of last year. However, recently she took on a new Hygienist to replace the one that left who was super amazing but he left to go to dental school in Jersey. My new Hygienist is Patty and she is a miracle worker! She had big shoes to fill as her predecessor was awesome but she has filled those big shoes with flying colors and then some! Going to the dentist is finally a pleasant experience, Patty is very aware and conscience about how the patient is feeling or what they are experiencing during the cleaning process or any other treatment with her in the office. She has such a beautiful way of sympathizing and empathizing with eachpatient as I know it's not a unique with just me. The reporte she has built with me comes so naturally to her that I am sure she builds very similar relationships with other patients. Furthermore, I can tell that Patty knows her craft extremely well, she has plenty of experience working with different demographics and types of people, she is tidy, neat, as well as clean with her equipment and work area. Most importantly she loves what she does and that shines as well as reflects in her work. I love and thank God daily for my marvelous Hygienist Patty! Thank you so much Patty! You're one of a kind and simply the best! The only way to truly improve the experience at this practice is if Patty were to be working all 5 days of the week because at the moment she works Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and I absolutely refuse to have my mouth worked on and cleaned by anyone besides her. Sometimes Thursdays and Fridays work better for me but I have to stick to the days she is there, I don't trust my mouth to anyone else as amazing as the ladies are in this practice. Please consider strongly making Patty full time Monday through Friday, it would mean so much to me and Im sure to all of the other patients as well.

It took another 5 years for me to admit I needed them out and I decided to go to Dr Feinerman after hearing for years how great he is. 1. Hes seriously awesome. All my fears were totally squashed after meeting him. Seriously I was convinced I was going to go permanently numb and lose all feeling and taste in my mouth. That didnt happen and the milkshake I just devoured was glorious. Granted I'm still numb so spilling milkshake all over myself definitely happened. I'm not even bleeding. Which is good (see point 3). 2. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what would happen. All of his prognosis was good. Mind you I'm still numb and on painkillers but I can still Yelp like a pro, so it couldn't be that bad. He also listened to EVERYTHING I said from my concerns to where my veins were so that the IV didnt kill me. 3. I woke up and started laughing because I almost dry heaved due to the gauze. Than I couldn't stop laughing. These drugs are great. No pain and constant entertainment. I legit cant tell you what's funny, but I can tell you the experience is fun. 4. I was seriously worried about being Chip and Dale's long lost sister. NO SWELLING so far. And no excruciating pain. All of my fears were literally for no reason I should have listened to my dad (if you know him, dont tell me him I said this as he will hold it over my head for the rest of my natural life during this I told you so moment). Dr. Feinerman is awesome! Obviously, no one likes oral surgery, but he is great along with his amazing staff! Thank you!!!

I initially assumed it was just part of the healing process, but at my post-op appointment, I found out that the doctor fractured my cusp during the extraction. Instead of taking responsibility, the dentist tried to play it off, asking if I had been chewing on something hard--when in reality, I was barely able to eat soft foods due to the pain. This kind of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it comes to dental care. I trusted this office with my procedure, but now I have to deal with additional damage that wasn't disclosed to me. Very disappointing experience. The X-Ray is proof that it was not like that prior to the procedure.
