Perhaps he should go table to table he asked. But once he started with one trick we could all see, all eyes were upon him and he had a stage. David rose to the occasion very well, entertaining and including everyone at the dinner, from ages 5 to 90. He pulled out the various personalities in the room and included everyone. It was fun to watch him, and also to be astonished as eyes followed his moves and mouths mouthed the words, how'd he do that, over and over. David's show wasn't all about him. I was assisting with event planning and wanted to hire a magician for my friend's event. The first magician I contacted said he's unavailable and recommended me to David! We chatted and would have hired him, but the host and family are from another country and understood very little English. Went to a kids birthday party and I agree with many of the other reviews, David was GREAT! He's really good at engaging all the children as well as a few adults. And his comedy is pretty good too! His "Grand Finale" was amazing! My only request would be that for the future, especially for the younger kids parties, that he enlist the birthday boy or girl on as many tricks as possible, if it's possible. I got feedback from the birthday boy that he felt he wasn't involved in enough of the magic... Still, All the adults felt he was the best performer they've seen in all the recent birthday parties.
