I recently saw Dr Hassan for a crown and he is also great. He worked hard to make sure I was pleased and my tooth fit right. I had no pain with the crown placement and when I needed to get my permanent crown in before a vacation, he called and had it rushed and placed it asap. After the work was done it turns out that even though they accept my insurance, they're not in network for the services they provided. When I asked about the bill at my most recent visit they said "oh yeah your insurance never covers anything". Why would they provide an estimate for the services showing what insurance would supposedly pay if they knew the service they provided was out of network? That's pretty shady & deceiving. When I mentioned that they said they accept my insurance, they said that they accept all PPOs but are only in network with a few of them. It really sucks because I did enjoy my visits to the office, Dr. Rossen is super nice & I loved his dental hygienists. I just don't appreciate being lied to.

I had not heard from them after the initial text so called a few days prior to surgery. The office was closed but the customer service rep informed me we were not on the schedule. The surgeon's schedule had changed and our appointment had been removed. I called the location the next day upon them opening at 1:00 pm? and was told a different story. They tried to say I was booked at another location - which wasn't true. Patients go through a huge inconvenience to rearrange work schedules for both patient and driver and they simply change the schedule without any notification. They also didn't seem too bothered by the issue. I even had to ask for a refund on our deposit. I would not recommend using them. We will be going elsewhere.

Our youngest is 10 months they saw him for his first teeth the baby was so comfortable he just laid his head in her lap and didn't move a bit. Our 6 and 7 year old were able to sit in the chair and get work done without being put to sleep!! I had my first filling ever as an adult done by them yes I acted like a big baby but as they began I didn't feel much of a thing it was a very easy procedure they were very calming about it!! My husband has been having work done there in sections on a great cash payment plan thanks to the understanding of the staff I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone of all ages if they would like actually great work quality for great pricing!!
