I recently saw Dr Hassan for a crown and he is also great. He worked hard to make sure I was pleased and my tooth fit right. I had no pain with the crown placement and when I needed to get my permanent crown in before a vacation, he called and had it rushed and placed it asap. After the work was done it turns out that even though they accept my insurance, they're not in network for the services they provided. When I asked about the bill at my most recent visit they said "oh yeah your insurance never covers anything". Why would they provide an estimate for the services showing what insurance would supposedly pay if they knew the service they provided was out of network? That's pretty shady & deceiving. When I mentioned that they said they accept my insurance, they said that they accept all PPOs but are only in network with a few of them. It really sucks because I did enjoy my visits to the office, Dr. Rossen is super nice & I loved his dental hygienists. I just don't appreciate being lied to.

He said my teeth are healthy and fine so why mess that up! I've been to dentists that jumped at doing these types of cosmetic procedures (usually their suggestion) since they break down over time but never did they mention that it damages your teeth in the process.
