Greg was a great realtor. First, he prepared great tour routes where he had information about…read moreevery house ready, had appointments made, and made driving from house to house easy. Once I found my house he was a great negotiator. He got me a spectacular deal and was upfront about his opinions along the way. He was prompt and made sure I knew the process as this was my first home. He worked well with the other side and my lawyer from start to finish. He even did the little things like check for open permits on my property for me. He really had his sides back along the way!!

I have directly asked all of our existing agents (36 in total) if they dealt with you or your significant other during your apartment search back in 2012 and nobody has any recollection of working with you or receiving a message from you, etc. I am thinking you may have dealt with an agent that no longer works with us for whatever reason or maybe left a message with someone we had temporarily filling in during summer hours. By chance, do you remember who you may have spoken with? I know this is from a long time ago, but I would like to get to the bottom of this. We take great pride in helping people sell, buy and rent and we truly hate that you had such a bad experience with us. The above is pretty different from telling me that you do not believe I ever interacted with your company. I insist that it was, in fact your company, and reject your claim that I am mistaken in my identification of the issue. If the person with whom my now-husband and I interacted was the owner at that time, then so be it. My husband and I were treated in the aforementioned manner by a male representative of this company, and I wanted to let renters looking for apartments to know that this company was less than interested in helping us. It appears that you have since that time garnered some very positive reviews, and I am glad for that. However, my experience and my opinion still stand.

There's literally NOBODY ELSE saying the agents here are rude!) Remax Centre helped me with our first home purchase, and everyone I dealt with was incredible - as a first time home buyer I didn't know anything about the entire process. Our agent was incredibly patient and explained all the details, the mortgage broker that they recommended to us was incredibly helpful, and the process of finding and visiting homes - while daunting - was as painless as it could possibly be! They were extremely accommodating with my constantly changing work schedule - and when all was said and done even the closing process was easy! The owner, Barry Angely (absolutely awesome guy!!) even stopped in to see how everything was going and to make sure we were happy across the board before signing the bottom line! We will be investing in some rental properties soon - and will DEFINITELY be using Remax Centre again!!

I was buying a house from this reality group and we made a deal according to their demands and right after the attorney review they made a lie that we promised them a full waiver of inspection and they backed out with out any solid reason because they got a better deal or something. I'm not saying they didn't have a right to do that but at least don't lie and act like a professional and ethical company when you are serving a community and stop taking advantage of the market situation and fool people. I was working with Susan and her team, she has been an agent for over 20 years! the experience shows! My only complaint is not finding them sooner, I've worked with big box agencies and it's not at all the same.
