I purchased a Lincoln Aviator and have had it since March of 2024. We keep it in the garage and only have approximately 10,500 miles. We took it on vacation. It rained. Nothing crazy. I called the store three days ago to speak with a manager. I had to leave a message. It is now Tuesday and no call back. I reached out to the store and spoke to the operator. I asked Prince what time they closed and he didn't tell me. Instead, he said he gets off at 5 p.m. When I arrive, it's 6:50 pm. No one told me they closed at 7 pm and they refused to help. First, the girl at the front desk. No hello, just "we are about to close." Nevertheless, she tries to find someone. The below unnamed salesman tells me the same thing, they are about to close and everything is locked up. He also refused to give me his name. I asked for a manager, and allegedly the only one in the building was Richie, the finance manager. I was told he would help if I was willing to wait 15 minutes. Not the salesman, but the finance manager. Sad! Maybe someone to teach the guy pictured below that you make money by selling cars. We leased a new vehicle on New Year's Eve. The sales guy, JJ, was phenomenal. Great attitude, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we can't say the same for everyone else. The finance guy, Richie, was also not very friendly. He kept complaining to us about how much he'd worked all week and that they'd been so busy, etc., etc. And while I get that it's not ideal to have to be working on New Year's Eve, that's the job you signed up for at the end of the day. Being annoyed that we weren't interested in add ons or that he even had to be there, isn't my idea of a pleastant transaction. Today is 1/24 (TWENTY FOUR DAYS) since we leased our vehicle and they have yet to send the payoff for our trade in vehicle. I left a message for the GM, Tony, and never heard back. I don't have time and nor should I have to chase someone down to do something that is part of an agreed upon transaction. Total ripoff!! Beware they don't honor warranties!! This is the second catalytic converter that has went out in less than two years and they refuse to replace it. There website clearly state; Emissions Warranty Coverage The majority of components included in this warranty are protected for two years or 24,000 miles. The experience at this dealership makes it clear why consumers hate the car buying experience. Mine started online and seemed in the beginning to go relatively well. Once physically at the dealership is where all of the time spent on line appears to have been a waste. Then to be told that all the financing was in place and simply required signatures. This could NOT have been further from the truth, as I sat in the dealership awaiting signing papers my alerts on my Experian account was going off like crazy at least 5 hits? I had already seen one from the prior day which I believed to be the one for secured financing. Not so, it appears all of this was being done on the fly after I arrived. Then when asked it was stated we are trying to secure you the best rate. My response was I accepted what was offered yesterday why are you still shopping my info and score all over the place. Blank look and I said the more you hit my score the more it's decreased.... Then oh your retired so we need 3 months of bank statements, yes by all means I drive around with those in my car all the time. Why were these not asked for yesterday? Naturally well I overlooked that???? Bottom this was potentially the worst dealership experience I have ever encountered in my 40 years of purchasing vehicles. Although I loved my car buying experience here but for a $60k car, the service department is seriously lacking. I set my appointment, was told it would be an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. OK, that sounds super reasonable for oil change service and detail. After an hour my car was "ready" but needed a patch because of a nail in my tire. they said it would be another 15 minutes if that was OK. An hour later I start asking where my car is. There was a problem with the tire machine, there was a problem with the ticket printer, but they'll go ahead and bring it around right now. My car was not ready, it was not even vacuumed, and they just suggest that I make a new appointment for that?!?! So 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and a tire patch. Save yourself the trouble, don't buy the plan to cover all your maintenance and just go get you a 10 minute oil change down the road for 30 bucks. read more

I'm very disappointed with this dealership. I bought an older Lincoln sedan from here over a year ago, and the sales experience was excellent. The salesman was very professional and did not pressure me into buying the car. I left very happy that day with what I thought was a good deal on the car. However, what I have been disappointed with here is the service department. The first time I came here, it was alright. I paid about $1,000 for them to replace the spark plugs and service the HVAC system and engine coolant. What I didn't expect was for me to have to come back here a few months later with problems with my wheel bearings and then for them to quote me about $5,000 in repairs to replace the wheel bearings, muffler, and to fix the HVAC system since it was only blowing air out the front vents and not the front defrost or the vents near your feet. And when I told them I couldn't afford it, they still charged me $200 for diagnostic fees and wouldn't give me my car back until I paid them. How do I know that they didn't sabotage my HVAC system or wheel bearings so that I would come back later and pay them more money? What's suspicious is that I'm pretty sure my HVAC only started to have problems after the first time I had the car serviced. Also, when I was getting my oil changed at another service shop, the technician said that there was a hole drilled under the car that shouldn't have been there. Where did this come from? No idea, but I was never notified of this hole at the David McDavid service center, so it definitely makes things more suspicious for them. If I had a lawyer, I'd sue them for all of the money they stole from me and for damaging my car. But for now, all I can say is DO NOT get your Lincoln serviced here! Try to go literally anywhere else if you can help it! read more

Pretty simple question, right, no it took us an hour of hold, disconnect and transfer just to be offered to leave a message. I'm a business owner and if this was the service I give to my clients I would not be in business. I would hope this get shared with the Owner or CEO so he/she can give me a call. My wife and I went in to look at a used MKZ hybrid. The salesperson was very pleasant at first, but quickly became annoyed when we didn't want to look at a new model (nearly twice as much for the same car). After test driving the car and having a lot of questions she didn't know the answer to (despite numerous "Salesperson of the month" trophies) she did her best to bully us into the car we weren't impressed with. We thought we were getting a good enough deal and started the paperwork when our bank advised us of the shady practices they employed on us. We decided to not pursue the purchase and were met with furious phone calls falsy saying we HAD to purchase it. Horrible service department! My wife bought a used SUV from them and within a couple of months the AC quit working. We had a warranty and brought in to be serviced and my wife was immediately questioned as if she didn't know how to tell if the AC was in fact working or not. It was dead heat of summer here in Texas so 100+ degrees outside, and 110+ in her car and they have the nerve to question her on wether there is an actual AC issue or not. That was the first sign this was not a good place! They took her car in and when we picked it up a small crack in her windshield had grown significantly and to top it off her AC quit working again in about a month. We took it back in to have the AC repaired, hopefully for good this time, but low and behold we get it back and the AC quits a few weeks later. The third time we take it in we are told to bring it in on a Sunday evening and leave keys so it would be looked at first thing on that Monday, supposedly to make it quicker on us since it's the 3rd time we are bringing it in for the same issue. It wasn't even looked at until that Friday!!! 5 days after bringing it in! (we live about an hour away from the dealership) so we wasted a trip that Sunday b/c we were told it would speed it up. In fact it seems they were just messing with us, it was 2 weeks before we saw the car again and after getting it back this time AC went out within a week!!! My wife and I are LIVID!!! this is complete incompetence! they are clearly trying to take advantage of a female driver and prey on her for not knowing enough about cars. Also it seems they are trying to play out the warranty timeline so that they don't actually fix it before the warranty goes out but instead string us along until they can stick us with the bill minus any warranty. Again, this is not a rocket engine we are asking them to fix, it's an AC on a SUV they sold us!! How can you not get that right after 3 repairs and over a month of cumulative time having the car?!?!?! read more

Service department is the worst I've ever experienced- I have scheduled TWO different appointments after receiving recall notices and when I took my car in for the appointments, one time they just didn't handle the recall issues (was there for an oil change too) and the next time they said they didn't have the parts. Why would you schedule the appointment if you couldn't do the service? Also, good luck getting a loaner car - each time I've tried, scheduling has been ~a month out. Sales team will sell you a positive story and say that you will always have access to a loaner but that is certainly not the case! Also, one of the other recalls on my 2022 vehicle, they said they can't fix until they first fix all of the cars that are on the lot for sale...so existing customers who paid well over sticker price are a lower priority than new customers? Makes no sense - definitely recommend finding another local Lincoln dealer besides David McDavid of Frisco. read more

I sold my car to the dealership on 6/4. They did pay off my balance but have yet to give me my equity money. They continue to say they can not pay me because Lincoln Finance will not release the title. Lincoln finance has given me 3 dates they have spoken to the dealership 6/18, 6/28, & 7/6 and have yet to receive the documents they are requesting. The dealership has since sold my car but the title at Lincoln finance shows under my name since the dealership will not get them the information. I have six emails back and forth all which have the dealership giving excuses or saying they completed everything on their end.
