I didn't think I'd be on here again, but here we go. The nightmare never ends. Today we got a letter from the County Tax Assessor's office saying that the application for the title was rejected. The letter continued to say that we would have to contact Autonation because apparently these dumb lazy retards gave the County the older title and we'd need to ask Autonation for the new one. I emailed the County letting them know about the nightmare this dealership put us through from the check engine light and their lack of apology to the passive aggressive voicemail from the DEI woman manager. I even added what I was told last month when I asked about the title. I told the County that they can contact Autonation because I'm done. I forwarded their contact information to the County. Edit: The County had to force Autonation to fix the issue with the car title so my husband could finally get the title to his new truck. Also the reply from the Mark guy to my review was left before we learned that they had screwed us in regards to the title after selling us a truck under false pretenses that we had to take to our mechanic to fix. Do NOT buy from these people. They are scammers out to make a quick buck. A word for the wise, take heed of all of the negative reviews on here because we were foolish enough to not read them until after we got screwed. My husband's lucky shot in the dark was that the previous owner of the truck took such good care of it that the needed repairs were around $200. read more

I don't usually like leaving negative reviews, but this has become too frustrating not to share. We bought our vehicle here so naturally, we expected better service by now. We took it in today for service just a month after getting an alignment and when I picked it up, it was pulling hard to the left. It feels like something isn't being done right in the service department. Every time I bring the car here, there's an issue after I pick it up. I was told the vehicle would be ready by 2 or 3 p.m. but when I called after 3pm, the phone system was down and I couldn't reach anyone for an update. At this point, I'll look into another location because I've lost trust and can't afford to be worried if my vehicle will have more issues in the future. read more

They tried to have me take ownership of a new vehicle with hail damage and just offered to have the dealership fix it after filing a claim, without reducing the price. Ultimately a different vehicle was selected, but after the paper work was signed, and the title to my trade was already signed over, Jeff stated because I submitted a bad review they would not allow me to leave with a new vehicle unless I changed my rating..
