Took my Toyota Camry in because the sunroof was stuck in the vent position and I could not get it to open or close. If you are unfortunate enough to own this car and experience this issue you know that there is no easy fix. When I arrived I pulled up, handed the tech the keys, and walked inside to check in. Lawrence was so nice and helpful, let me know a time frame, and explained where the restrooms and snacks were located. He also let me know there was a recall that they would also take care of while they had my car back there. After about 3 hours Lawrence called me up and informed me that they were not able to get the sunroof closed and the cost of getting it fixed is almost $11,000. Having just moved 1000 miles from home, looking for a job, and have now loss my reliable transportation I broke down right at his desk. Lawrence proceeded to go talk to other managers to see how he could help me. He mentioned that they could take the headliner down and MAYBE be able to get it closed that way. I had to take the risk. About 4 hours later he comes out to the lobby with a technician named Tristan. Poor Tristan had been fighting with my sunroof all day, but was determined to help me and continued to try everything he could possibly think of. Eventually all his hard work payed off and he was able to get closed and even washed my car for me. These two men may have just been doing their job to other people, but they really did change my life. They offered support, determination, and the willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. We were in the market for a new vehicle for our family. Simultaneously, we came across the social media influencer, Nicksrightpodcast raving about the red-carpet treatment he received at Longo Toyota of Prosper and with Salesman, Tony Bailey. So, we proceed to make an appointment with Tony to test drive some cars. On the day we test drove the cars, Tony got straight to work. Once we decided on the vehicle we liked, we went back to his desk for him to find the exact car we wanted. We told Tony the specs of our trade-in and after he went to talk to a manager. They proceeded to give us a sight unseen offer. He said even if we brought the car into assess, they would not change the offer. So, we left and found dealer that offered us $1,500 more. Tony and his Manager got to work finding us the new car. A day later they called and said they had a hard time but found one and would be at the dealership in about a week. Once the car arrived at the dealership, we set up an appointment to come in. Up until this point our experience had been good. This is where things turned south. Tony walked us to his desk and proceed to ask, "How much we are looking the put down?" "Are we looking to finance?" Once we answered those questions, we had to quickly interject and ask, "Can we see the car?" "Can we test drive the new car?" Which he agreed. After our test drive, we sat down at his desk to started negotiating. Since my husband is a USAF veteran, I asked the question if we qualified for the $500 Military Rebate. He looked puzzled and proceed to go ask a manager. When he came back, he said that "We don't qualify, only those who are active duty or are retired veterans qualify", but he would give us the discount as his gift anyways. We gave him our sincere appreciation! As a side note Toyota.com states differently. We then moved on and asked questions about the Tax, Title and License (TTL) fees. We asked what the Road and Bridge Fee was for. All Tony could say is, "That is part of TTL." Then we moved on and asked why there was a Title Fee and a Title Convenience Fee listed. He said," I didn't know, that is also a part of TTL". We noticed he was visibly frustrated and his answers were short, implying we were not going at his pace. For a dealerships top salesman who has been in this business for many years, won many awards it is a disgrace he couldn't better explain those fees. Or at the very least offer to get a manager to further explain them to us but he didn't. Shortly after we got home, we started reviewing all the paperwork. Interestingly enough, the $250 Dealer Adjustment discount listed on the Spec Sheet, was magically taken off all other documentation with no mention. We didn't catch this until after everything was signed. When we brought it to the team's attention, Tony proceeded to call us and say he couldn't offer multiple discounts. As that was never mentioned the night of signing. That is when Tony's manager Harvey stepped in and agreed to cut us a refund check. Once we were told the check was ready, my husband went to the dealership and met Bakh (another salesman) at the receptionist desk. Bakh had waved Tony over to explain that he had taken care of his client (my husband). Upon hearing this Tony looked at my husband and said, "I don't remember who this is". Bakh then tried to explain the details of the recent purchase not even a week prior. Tony still looked confused that he could not remember my husband. My husband shook Tony and Bakh's hands, said thank you to both of them and left the dealership. This proving the point that we were just another number/sale to him. We saw two vastly different salesman in our experience with Longo Toyota. First being a driven, go getter, willing to fight and find the car we dreamt of. Second, being a rushed, annoyed and frustrated individual. Unfortunately, the latter of the two prevailed. All of this to say, proceed with extreme caution before deciding to buy a car from Longo Toyota of Prosper and Tony Bailey. Let me start by saying my service advisor, Lawrence Caudillo was polite and did what he could from his position. However, this place is a joke. I bought a 2023 Toyota Tundra "Gold Certified" from them on February 28, 2025. On July 3, 2025 I took it in for an oil change and they recommended an alignment, which I had completed, and my tires were all in spec. On September 22, 2025 I took the truck back in for a screw in the back passenger tire which they replaced with my tire warranty all other tires were still in spec. Now I sit here on November 11, 2025 with the front passenger tire needing to be replace. It's not just low tread, its BALD, yet all other tires are still in spec (I drive on neighborhood roads to and from work, not backroads or rough roads). Lawrence went to the used car side to see if there was anything they could do since I JUST bought this "gold certified" vehicle from them 8 months ago and the answer was "no, there is nothing we can do for this, it had to be the driving unless the alignment was done wrong." Then continue on to say "she must take too many right turns or too many hard u-turns." Just a reminder I drive the same roads to and fro work...the right and left turns would equal out. We were told the service manager was going to call a total of three times, but left for the day before doing so and actually never once called through the entire experience. They now want $600 for a new tire and another alignment to redo the one that was done 4 months ago. This place does not work with the customers or own up to the work they have already done. There is NO reason a vehicle needs TWO alignments in 8 months or 1 tire should go bold in 4 months unless there is something wrong with the vehicle or their team does shitty work with alignments. I had a 2015 Tundra prior to this and needed 2 alignments in the time that I had it. Make this make sense: - Gold certified - From their website: Yes, a Toyota Gold Certified vehicle gets an alignment check as part of the rigorous 160-point quality assurance inspection. If the vehicle's alignment is found to be outside of the manufacturer's specifications during this process, it is required to be corrected before the vehicle can be sold as certified. - July 2025 took in for an oil change they said it needed an alignment which was completed - November 2025 took it in for a bald tire and was told alignment was way out. Love Toyota but Longo Prosper isn't the dealership to go to. read more

My initial buying experience with Jeff Hall was rough, really rough! After months of trying to sort out the mess, I was more than frustrated. I left a review; probably not the one Jeff was hoping for when he asked. Harvey, their director, called in less than 24 hours, he had researched my deal, identified the issues, apologized for the mistakes, offered to cover fees and, said he would make sure the paperwork for my credit union was corrected.
