New to the area, I went in for my first-time patient visit and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The office is modern and equipped with state-of-the-art technology--I was genuinely impressed by everything from the easy check-in process to the attentive service throughout my visit. The hygienist was thorough and kind, and my teeth feel amazing--squeaky clean! Dr. David McIntyre even called the day before my appointment to personally introduce himself and remind me of my visit. I rated this company a few days ago after having my teeth pulled it was quite urgent. My name is Brenda Villalta and I'm here to explain why I'm changing my review from a five star to a three star. They took me right away took excellent care of me. Especially Dr McIntyre and his wonderful assistance. He's so kind, gentle, and he is just the best Dentist ever. I totally trust him with my entire mouth and whatever his plans are for the future for me. Unfortunately, I have to change the review to a three star from a five star. Reason being one of the ladies in the front desk, she's very tall, thin blonde hair. Her and I spoke and this happened also a year and a half ago. So for her to do the same thing to me, I was on to her. She told me after I had my treatment that I would owe 100+ dollars, which is fine. Then I came in the next day for a cleaning because I needed to get the rest of my teeth some relief. I have dry mouth syndrome. So my teeth rot for no reason. So I did the cleaning, but before I did the cleaning when I first walked in the door, she always welcomes you nicely. I spoke with her for 20 minutes at length, making sure there was no additional bills for today because the insurance covers a cleaning and check up x-rays. I'm leaving she says under her breath while you might owe 2 to 3 or $400 bill more I stopped then I backed up to where I was I was facing her, but her face was in a computer and she wasn't even doing anything with it. She was just trying to avoid eye contact with me. I said I just spoke to you for 20 minutes and you told me there was no charges. how does that suddenly change? She answered don't trust the girls in the back. They don't know what they're talking about. She said the same thing the day before when I had the urgent visit that was originally a regular visit. I thought to myself this is not gonna happen to me again I thought she was actually scraping off the side. But I'll get back to that later cause that was not what happened. I told her that I didn't speak to the girls in the back about the financials. I spoke to her a half hour ago in her face for 20 minutes. I had to make sure my bills were in order Because anymore would've really hurt me because I just had to take a loan to pay off most of my medical bills because I have severe autoimmune disorders many of them. So when she did that to me, I said no, there's no more bills coming my way we discussed that already and for you to do this to me again I said there's no way. There was another assistant young girl sitting between the two of us so she was facing me while the other one I was speaking to who claimed these bills, the lady with the blonde hair again she kept saying, we'll see, we'll see, we'll see what they Charge. I was livid. The poor girl in the middle of us. I looked at her she looked at me and she mouth the word sorry like she was scared of retaliation so she could not say a word. She just ruined my entire experience. I no longer feel welcome or trust this woman at all. I don't understand how she's still doing this giving in Correct INFO and being rude to people that she's still there. I know Dr McIntyre has no idea that this has been going on for so long. He would never allow it. His office always runs as a team except for this one outsider. I'm sure when he found out he was very upset. Later on that night, the new manager called me and was very sweet. She let me go on for 4030 minutes telling her what happened. I'm pronounced to me. I did not know she was aware of what happened and she was just calling to check the details. She told me that another assistant Went to her about what happened so that should tell you how bad it was. Finally, I got the right information right Billing and I was still hurt and crushed. I cried the whole way home. I am a medical professional of 26 years. I specialize in pulmonary critical care. I have never seen this kind of behavior in a doctors office. How can you be speaking with someone with your butt in their face?! I can't ever deal or even see her face again. I don't feel safe with her. So unfortunately, I finally found the Dentist that I love that I met a year and a half ago and I went back because I absolutely loved and trusted him. He is very trustworthy and an excellent physician and he's very gentle. It's a shame one bad egg has to ruin the review of the staff Who are wonderful like I said she's the one outsider. So sorry Dr McIntyre and staff I love you guys, but I no longer feel welcome and I'm afraid to deal with her retaliation. I just can't do with a third time. God bless all of you. I hope one day the Lord makes her a better person and honest Just like the way the others are in that office. Father God forgive me for changing this review, but you and I both know what transpired and this was the right thing to do. This doctor and the staff that runs this dentistry are amazing people. Rachel the dental hygienist was spectacular at making me feel at ease by speaking me through every step, giving such a loving and painless touch, while still getting the job done with outstanding results. Dr. McIntyre was just as fantastic by listening to my concerns, understanding my extreme fear of the dentist, and reassuring me that I needed less work than my previous dentist had recommended. I do not recommend Dr. David McIntyre DDS. During my cleaning and his examination of my teeth he failed to diagnosis a serious problem. He admitted he had to look at his dental training books and still didn't diagnosis my problem or refer me to a Periodontists. I went to anther dentist and was immediately diagnosed with external resorption. I was immediately referred to a periodontist. My dentist could not believe Dr McIntyre did not refer me 7 months ago or take the situation seriously. Be warned if you see Dr. McIntyre and he has to look at his school books, and still can't diagnosis the dental problems, he's not a good dentist. read more

This practice was highly recommended to me. The dental hygienist, Rachel, was amazing. Super friendly and very efficient with all of the x-rays and cleaning. Never felt a bit uneasy and I had not been to the dentist in about five years. The chair was comfortable and did a massage and you could watch Netflix and/or listen to music while in the chair. They definitely went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The dentist also did a very thorough examination and was quite friendly. I highly recommend this place.
