Disgusting lady said she had nothing to write with Customer could see a whole cup full of pens on the desk. An Allstate customer was told to please leave. Allstate should be ashamed. Policyholder was told by the claims adjuster to go there to sign papers. This office was nearby. After that horrible experience she went to another Allstate office about 5 miles away and received the best customer service, so kind. How dare they treat a policyholder with such contempt.

A few months later I started receiving collection notices, I ignored them at first as I have never had a reason to receive such things. Then I noticed something off with my credit score, when I looked into it THEY had continued to charge me for MONTHS after I canceled, and then sent it to collections and reported it to the credit agencies! I purchased a new Subaru in 2009 and had full coverage as well as my husbands truck insurance and rental insurance. ( was still married then). Maria knew me. When my mom passed I was distraught and got in a 4 mile an hour fender bender...not only did they total my bought brand new car but i got a check for a fraction of the amount the car was worth. I was not aware I could insist on my car being fixed or the real worth of the car. She took advantage of my ignorance. I get it it's a business. This is BAD business...I do NOT recommend this office at all. I will likely never have a good car again I spent everything on that one and am 100% disabled so fixed income. She could afford to fix my car it wasn't even that bad but no took complete advantage of a disabled, grieving, never handled anything without her husband new to life person. Not cool.
