Once I mentioned to several of my personal training clients I was going to see him for my acute tooth injury. They took me right in the following day and swiftly and professionally examine my tooth and gave me very easy to understand information so that I can make a decision. I felt confident the doctor knew exactly what he was talking about. I took his advice to see I oral surgeon close to his office and they were equally great in resolving my issue. The fees were affordable and the whole experience was happily pleasant.

Suzanne did a great job at my cleaning, explaining what she was doing, and always kept the conversation flowing. I had my cleaning done, then dr. Hinder came in to look at my x-rays. He said everything looked fine, there was just one tooth they're monitoring. All in all, it was a great experience.

So I call to make an appointment and I'm told new patients have to come in for two appointments almost back to back. Ok a little different but whatever. I also make sure to ask that they except my insurance. She says yes they do so wonderful I am a happy customer. The first visit is to be a very thorough visit with all kinds of photos and things that I have never done before. The second visit would be for the cleaning. Well the receptionist called me a few days before my visit and asked if I could stay for the cleaning. I was a bit confused as this was to happen on the 2nd visit but it wasn't a problem and I told her I could stay. I asked once again if they had checked with my insurance company and she said yes everything was good. So on the day of my appointment, I check in and then the office manager calls me back to her office. Weird. She lets me know that they are Out-of-Network and she is not sure how much will be covered by my insurance and how much I will owe. So I was not happy and it did not give me a good first impression or visit. I will say the hygienist who cleaned my teeth and apologized profusely was very nice and so was the dentist. I think the front office needs to be upfront and do a better job. Maybe this is their way of getting people in there and getting money. The jury is still out if I will go back. It will depend on when I receive my bill and see how much I owe.

Dr Hashim went over my options for treatment and ways we can lessen my discomfort and stress.
