I went in to purchase a bangle for my soon to be 21 year old granddaughter. I was greeted by a lovely employee, Victoria C no34038, who met all my needs. I don't even want to write this review considering how much time of mine has been wasted from this store. I went in to get my yurman ring resized, came back 2 weeks later when they called and said it was ready, and it was the exact same size. After discussing this with them for 15 min and talking to multiple people about HOW this happened...? What was occurring during the 2 weeks?? (They were also trying to charge me $85 for the "repair"). So then I sign a paper agreeing that I will pay nothing for the resize since they got it wrong. The manager(?) apologized and said she wasn't sure how this happened and that it didn't make sense. Hence the comp of the repair. Then they call me saying it's ready again, I go to pick it up and they have a new paper written up saying I owe $85 (same woman that I talked to prior about the incident). She tries to tell me that she comped the first repair because it was the wrong size. But is now charging me $85 for this repair...............I then have to explain to her all over again, why she comped this in the first place. I told her I had the paper work at my house but I signed it and so did she. I then pull out my original paper work from almost over a month prior that shows the proof. She then tries to place the blame on me and says "well it was hard to recognize this without the paperwork", meaning she was now trying to blame it on ME because I didn't bring that paperwork in for the original pickup. (Doesn't change the fact they got it WRONG). I look down at the paper, and it says "customer copy" so I look at her and say "I'm sure you have a copy of this too." And she just completely ignores me. The point of this review is that the people at this store are either completely clueless and have zero customer service, or they are actually trying to rip people off. Luckily after discussing this with her for another 5 min, I left without paying anything. I will never return to this location. read more

The only jeweler I wear is David Yurman. With that being said this is the only DY store around that I can drive to and I'm more then grateful! There are three very special employees there. One male and two female. I won't name drop for privacy. But they've always been so kind to me and helpful and have found be pieces that look wonderful on me. My experience here is always AWESOME! They clean my jeweler up so nicely in minuets also. Only bad thing? They can't go tell the people at DY to step up the repair/resize time! Takes way too long! But they'll make it right ;) I have so much jewelry by DY, but there's my latest purchase/resize bracelet and ring. The croc ring is really nice everyday one. read more

I have a lot of experience with high-end/luxury/designer brands and retailers. Over the last 10 years, I've "made the rounds" as my style evolves and my tastes varied. David Yurman is easily one of the most distinctive, high-quality for the price, luxury jewelers on the market. They have a wide selection of pieces for women AND MEN (rings, dog tags etc.), especially online. If it is your first time, I highly recommend going into a boutique, the one at Cherry Creek is excellent. The environment feels high-end but very warm and comfortable. The staff are literally ALL very pleasant, management is competent and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great experience. The sales staff is knowledgeable and not pushy at all...there never feels like a pressure to buy. Unlike Neiman Marcus or some other designers at Cherry Creek you feel WELCOME and catered to. The jewelry speaks for itself and they simply make recommendations based on your preferences. If they don't have it in store they will get it for you to within the week typically so you can see what you are paying for before you spend then $$$$. They make you feel comfortable touching and trying on even the most expensive items. Mary Lou is amazing to shop with and John is the men's styling associate. All in all, I would definitely at least check it out if you are shopping for an occasion, engagement, or gift (for yourself or other). You'll pay more than you will at Kay or Zales, but with the quality craftsmanship and distinct designs, I promise you will get complimented almost every time you wear a piece of DY jewelry! read more

On September 11,2021, my friend and I dropped the off a gold and diamond pendant necklace (including the chain) to repair the clasp on the pendant. Mindy took in both the necklace and the pendant. When I went in to pick up the necklace, John produced only the pendant. I asked where the chain was. He looked for quite some time and returned with paperwork stating that only the pendant was sent in for repair and a picture of the pendant, which is what they sent in for repair. The chain didn't need repair. He suggested I brought the chain home. I told him I did not and my friend was with me when I dropped it off. Witness to the truth. He said sorry. Yurman lost the chain. I have a witness to what was dropped off. Mindy kept the chain because they were planning to fuse the broken clasp and had to make sure the chain would fit through the clasp after it was fused. Beware. Yurman Cherry Creek owes me a gold chain abd an apology. Horrible experience. I plan to write to the Yurman CEO. The read more

John is absolutely amazing. I work with him any time I buy jewelry from this store. He is constantly on top of the company to assure that everything goes smoothly, whether you're getting an engagement ring made, a ring resized, or bringing a piece of jewelry in from a different location. I've had one piece sent out (to New York), and it was returned over a week early. I believe they only had it for about two weeks, which is extremely fast. John also had DY send in the only gold, crossover engagement ring in the company. It arrived quickly and I was able to try it on to see if I loved it, which I did. Any time I come into the store, the staff cleans my DY jewelry quickly and thoroughly. Everyone always takes the time to show me different pieces, regardless of whether I'm buying something on that particular day. This store has definitely reaffirmed how much I love DY and the company. I also have to mention that I have unusually thin fingers. I'm around a size 3.75 ring-finger size. They bent over backwards to assure that my engagement ring fit perfectly. I've also had to get another ring exchanged because the size ended up not fitting, this was an extremely smooth process. Only downside for me is that I have to drive over 30 minutes to get here, but that can't be held against the store. I loved David Yurman jewelry and I have a ton of pieces. Earlier this year I bought the larger DY Elements bracelet and it's beautiful. However, from the time of purchase the bracelet would constantly slide open while wearing it. I finally gave up and went into the store asking if they could do something, so that I could actually wear the nearly $1,000 bracelet without loosing it. They said they would send it in and I'd have it back in a week. Two weeks later, they still didn't have it nor knew the status of the repair. Three weeks later I get a call to come get it. Upon arrival, I am told I owe $80 for the repair. Are you kidding me!! The bracelet clearly had a design flaw and they should have put a crab claw on it due to its weight. I'm totally upset. I've spend thousands on his jewelry. This is totally bad customer service in my opinion. I am done, no more David Yurman jewelry for me. read more
