They called suggesting a $120 up-sell for mold treatment which I declined. When I picked the car up the visor had not been cleaned, I presume so they could "show me the mold problem." When we got the car home I took some glass cleaner and a paper towel and the mold/mildew wipped right off. They should have just cleaned it as part of the interior detail. Did they do an ok job for the price on the interior? Yes. But they are to my mind essentially dishonest in their business practices. I won't be going back and skipped the appointment we had for a second car the next day. So yeah, an OK job but not honest about what was required. Maybe look elsewhere and get both more honesty and a better job.

I had already received back different quotes from other businesses and MZ Auto Detail came back with the best rate. I needed my car detailed because I had an incident where my son's friend threw up on my car. Mauro communicated that vomit would take a little longer to clean and would have to use an ozone machine to help and it may take up to two days to get the car cleaned. I called and we scheduled their mobile detailing service for three days out. They had a job before ours, which took a bit more time, but no issues, they communicated with me ahead of time, asked if the new timeframe was ok, etc. when they arrived, they cleaned the car interior for 2-2.5 hours. Very good job. Our car hadn't been properly cleaned on the inside for quite some time. It came out looking almost new. From what I understand, tiger car price is $175 and for our small suv, it was $200. A very good value for fast, quality mobile detailing.
