Got a chip on the car I just bought 2 days prior. A coworker suggested Clear Choice Auto Glass so I made my way there at around 10:00 am, no appointment. Fast!!! Great service! An overall fabulous experience! My passenger rear window exploded last night while I was going 60 mph on I-405. I made it home safely and just parked it in the garage. Early this morning I got on yelp and started calling auto glass repair companies based on user reviews. For over two hours I had called several companies prior to calling Clear Choice. The difference? Brandon actually answered the phone! He asked me a few questions, then said he'd see if he could locate the glass I needed in Seattle. He called back in just a few minutes and said he found one and that he could pick it up, then head straight to my house in Newcastle to fix it. Brandon showed up on time, and even sent a tracking text link showing where he was in route. He was a pleasure to deal with; professional, friendly and did I mention FAST!? The price was very reasonable too. Clear Choice will be the only auto glass company I use from now on. I had two vehicles that required windshield replacement. I dreaded the thought of having to manage getting them each to the shop, dropping them off, returning to work (uber, lyft or friend) and then back again.
