Food is good for a fast food restaurant. However , to go orders are frequently incorrect. Work to the wise - be sure and check your order before you drive away! Just got all the way back home and realized I only had my husband's order. Did not feel like driving all the way back so called to request my order be credited but "they are not allowed to do that" very disappointing. Great food, but atmosphere was so loud from the employees cheering every few minutes that we were unable to talk. Plus our son has issues with sudden loud noises and kept crying. They don't put enough toppings on the burgers! Mine didn't have any onions, only a small bit of lettuce and tomato, I also asked for some David's Sauce and I had to pull up after ordering in the drive thru to wait on my order and when I looked in the bag, there wasn't any sauce, just ketchup. read more

First time into a David's Burgers and I've got to say, I'm impressed! In my neck of the woods, five guys is the go to choice. If David's Burgers opened up in Montana, five guys could very well lose a customer! Server was very friendly, and offered a water cup without me having to ask. Once we sat, she came over and offered us a sample of their fries ( we only ordered burgers ) because she didn't want us to go hungry! When she delivered our burgers, she even offered to top off my drink! Not service you would expect from a burger joint, but this is very clearly not your average burger joint! Food was fresh and hot. First time trying this place and was very surprised and impressed! This is the first fast food place I've ever been to where the staff opens and closes the door for you, greet you with great enthusiasm, gives you refills on the drinks and fries in addition to a taste of their frozen yogurt! The staff seemed very passionate about working there and everyone were busy doing something. I salute the owner and the manager for a well-trained staff! As far as the food is concern, burger meat tasted very fresh and you can definitely taste the difference. Fries were perfectly cooked and a great abundance of it! Overall, service and food were excellent! No wonder why they were voted the Best Burger Joint in Arkansas for 8 years in a row! I definitely would recommend this place for out of towners! It just was not that good. In the past, the service, and the food was better. Got a hamburger steak, onions, and no mushrooms. When the little kid came around with the fries, he gave me about 10 fries. Had to ask for more. Should not have to do that. Just was a plain hamburger with onions on it. Expensive to say the least. This is a great burger place in Cabot, you could make the argument if it being the best burger place in Cabot. The service is excellent here as well, to-go and dine-in. Another really cool thing about this restaurant is it feels just like a real diner which is so cool and you cannot get that anywhere else in Cabot(that i know of). Just moved here from California. Saw a billboard ad for this place and figured we'd give it a try. Soooo glad we did. Amazing burgers. Blows away In-N-Out, 5 guys, habit and even smashburger. Handmade patties (you can tell the difference), and amazing, bottomless fries. Burgers and chicken. That's it. No fish, no burritos, no salads. They do what they do and they do it very well. You want a salad, get all the veggies on your burger. This is a 2-3 napkin, lip smacking, juicy slice of heaven and your cardiologist doesn't have to know about it. read more

Great burger, friendly staff, with a nice family atmosphere. Love their fries too, and the ice cream sample is a great bonus.

I gotta say that David's Burgers is delicious. The basic concept is that you walk to the line fore the cashier, pay, and seat yourself. Employees walk around making sure you have fries (and the occasional ice cream sample!) and your drink is filled up. The fries are delicious. They aren't any other plain salted fry but they are spiced and have an orange tint to it. Not sure what they put in it, but it's delicious and just the right crispiness. Now the burgers. They are cooked right when you order them, you can tell by the natural jagged edges of the patty that they weren't premade and frozen. I ordered the single patty and it was delicious! I would also like to note how easy it was finding a table for a big group of people despite it being lunch time on a Saturday. Lots of seating available. Service, location, and food are all 5/5! read more

I ordered online the double steak combo. The menu states "with grilled onions and mushrooms". I was already turned off by the fact there was no gravy but thought I would try it anyway. When it was delivered, all we had was 2 hamburger Pattie's. I thought they had forgot to put them on but found out you have to specifically ask for the mushrooms and grilled onions. Now knowing that.... Who in the world would pay $12 for 2 plain hamburger Pattie's? The cheeseburger that was ordered was ok. There was something a little spicy on it which was not horrible but I didn't order anything spicy. Not sure I'll go back to this store. read more

I've gone through the drive thru and ate in as well. Both offer fast and friendly service. While waiting in the drive thru at the window, they will offer you ice cream, complimentary, while you wait! I was worried I'd miss out on the endless fries while ordering to go but they pack a few handfuls of fries along with your sandwich... yes please!!!! I love the endless fries at the table, they are constantly walking around refilling your fries. They are so cool with my 4 year old, letting him make his own ice cream cone when he finishes his food. This happens to be my FAVORITE place to eat. I just think the owners need to know things that will help them. The Cabot location for the 3rd time in a week has charged my credit card for someone else's meal. I'm not in financial crisis but the manager at the window told me it would take 2 days to reverse the charge. I'm okay with that but customer service people. Places all over have there regular customers I just think it was not hard transforming from the McCain Dave burger to Cabot. We are in ward so it's closer. I've always been told "you're only as good as your told" They are getting names on the wrong tickets. The manager at the window in the black shirt should have the power to apologize and because it was not my mistake -yet my credit card ... I feel like they should have gave me my 2 burgers and fry. I mean we don't do coke products so we always order the combo with no drink. Just hasn't been the first time this has happened to me or my husband. The customer service here has truly gone downhill. We have frequented this location since it first opened. The last 2 times we went have been less than desirable. The workers are unfriendly, the endless fries are close to nothing, we've waited on our meals with no offer of more fries or drink refills. Best. Burgers. Ever. Seriously. They're delicious. And the fries are good, too. This place is waaaay better than Five Guys or any comparable burger joint. If I were trying to complain, I'd complain about the noise, but it's kinda just part of their old-time diner feel, so I don't mind. This is probably my favorite restaurant of all time. This is my go to place for a burger in Cabot. They have fresh meat and buns. Fast service and very friendly. Just want to shout out to Shelby( the original one) she is always very nice, very fast and quick to grab a refill or a knife.
