The food is good, if they can get your order correct. I work at a nearby business and we order lunch from David's about once every 6 weeks...they NEVER get our order correct. We've decided to take it off our "menu". On top of that we couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone yesterday so one of our employees had to just go over and order and wait for it instead of us being able to call it in ahead of time. We've seen the billboards for David's Burgers on our travels many times. This time we had to stop. The burgers here are some top tier burgers. Unbelievably flavorful. Add a mountain of hand cut fries and you have an experience to remember. I remember many firsts: my first time at Gus's Chicken, my first time at Rendezvous, and now my first burger at David's. Food good and service impeccable, but the noise was terrible, mostly due to the music. Picture mediocre early 60's music played with the treble at max, the bass at minimum, and volume all the way up. The owner didn't reply to my email, so I guess the noise level is intentional and a permanent feature. read more

We love David's! They will make it exactly how you ask and will fix whatever is wrong--no questions asked! And now, most (if not all) locations have chicken, too! My kids love their grilled cheese with pickles. They will do that. Sometimes they want all their condiments on the side--hey, no problem! They have an extensive soft drink selection if you're in to that. We are a strictly tea family. They have FRESH sweet and unsweetened tea. Sometimes this location can get a little cramped, but there's always the drive thru! And they give a ton of fries when you opt for that, too. read more

The food is good here and they have a drive-thru which is nice! I went threw the drive-thru today and ordered the number two I said I wanted pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, and bacon but when I got the burger that's all that was on it. I figured they would include the normal lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles but they didn't which was disappointing and really took away from the experience but at least I know next time I need to be specific. This is the second location that I have dined at, NLR being the first. This one's food and service is just as good. Everyone is friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the establishment is too small. It's always packed with virtually nowhere to sit. Also it is so loud that you can't hear the music and you have to raise your voice to the person sitting in the booth with you. I still enjoy it though so I'll be back. read more

Went on Tuesday 12/3 for dinner with our friends. No loud welcome to David's as when you usually come in the door but that's okay. We sat at a dirty booth since that's all there was to choose from even though it was pretty empty. The girls were all talking to each other and playing around and we didn't want to ask to have it wiped off. They didn't refill any drinks at any point either so we grabbed refills four ourselves. The food was good except for the chicken on the salad, it seems like it had been tenderized or ground. It was just weird, and still a whole patty thrown on top of the salad not chopped. Made it easy to take home to the cats, but they didn't like it either. Next time we will just grab burgers from the drive thru instead, coming inside just wasn't worth it read more

My husband and I stopped in last night 9/19/19. It was not the usually great service..... placed our order, got our drinks and sat down. No one was bringing hot fries around as usual and we did not ever get any fries served to us before our food, and no ice cream dessert, no one came around to see if we needed a refill.
