I requested to have my car towed to house which was a few miles from my accident and he has to go past my house to go to his tow yard. I was told he had to take it to his tow yard and to contact him after we talked to the insurance. After we talked to the insurance we realized that they would only pay for a portion of our repair since it has tons of after market additions. (Yup we will be litigating) and we had the wrong insurance for that. It is a lifted Jeep with lots of add ons. So we opted to buy a new car and slowly have the car repaired. I ended up in the ER the next day. So we figured this out 2 days after my accident we called to have the car towed back to our house. It is literally 5 miles away. The owner never answered. We called again the day after. We also called and emailed during the weekend. No answer. The next day was a Monday. My husband called and he told him it was $950. He also told him that I refused to have the vehicle towed to my house. PS I never talked to this guy on the scene of my accident. It was a rollover and I was able to walk away but I was stunned that I lived. So my husband called him on an 3 way call. I explained that it was asked if he could take it to our house since he has to take it by our house and again he stated that I talked to him. He stated that I stated that I didn't have cash on site. I never talked to him. He then stated that I also didn't have insurance. Umm yes dumbass or I did or I would have been gotten a citation at the scene. He then stated that I pay up or give him the title. Nice scam! He doesn't accept any other payment but cash. Wtactualf? So I showed up with cash and again he was a raging asshole and then it was $200 more dollars to take it 5 miles back to my house. He then said again stated that I didn't have insurance. I offered to show him. asked for an itemized receipt and he wrote the delivery fee in? Scam again. He also couldn't deliver my vehicle until the next day.cause he was too busy cleaning his camper worth his Mother? I have a video if you wanna listen to it! Asked them to fix my tires cause they kept going low. They "changed" the valve stands. And yeah, I'm still having the same problem and I told them that when I brought it back and still didn't fix the problem.. then charge me 1600 for brakes and rotors one wheel bearing one tie rod, a lightbulb and two valve stands.... I was out of work for multiple days. I had to bring my car back., because they couldn't do their job properly the first time, and then charge me for the caliper that they couldn't do right. places is a joke if you want to get ripped off, go there! So disappointed. Dropped our snowmobile off (which we…read morebought from them!) in early November for winter service (basic service). They said they were a few weeks out. December 17th and they are saying it won't be done till after the new year. We picked it up from them on the 18th, took it to a place in Syracuse, NY and the next day its done and ready for pick up. KDK Sports just lost a customer. They clearly don't care, as they had not a care in the world when we said we were picking it up and taking it elsewhere. So sad.
