I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

I was able to print the label, albeit with some difficulty. The computers were malfunctioning so it took me longer than expected. I would like to see them upgrade their computers because they were very slow. The attendant was pretty helpful but he seemed busy and could probably use some help. There was only one employee working there. But at the end of the day I was able to print the label and ship my item. I think if they could make some small changes the experience would have been better.

She needed me to send something overnight and I wasn't sure if I had made the cutoff time. When I walked in, I was greeted by Bertha, who was incredibly bubbly and welcoming. She quickly asked for the destination zip code and let me know it was still possible, which was such a relief. I ran back out to my car to grab the three boxes, and before I even made it far, Todd walked out from inside the store to help me. What a gentleman! Not only did the gesture completely surprise me, but he picked the three heavy packages from me like it was nothing. I couldn't believe the level of service. When I got to the counter, Agustin helped finish everything up and was just as kind and helpful as everyone else I had encountered. The whole team was warm, efficient, and genuinely friendly. What started as a hectic errand in the middle of a busy day turned into such a smooth and pleasant experience thanks to this amazing staff. I haven't stopped talking about it since. Staff was friendly, but completely locked in to the check out counter. If you needed help finding something, you were on your own. I saw several people there who weren't there for school supplies going over every bit of aisle looking for something. I hope during other times of year when things aren't as busy for them they have more staff roaming around to help customers. So, if you are in need of office supplies, or school supplies (or hey, they even have a toy section because...sure?) this Staples is a great place to go where they should be able to get you everything you need for prices that won't break the bank. There were so many programs to choose from, from spiritual to religious, it was there. I have to thank my local Burbank Moms group for helping me find this gem. As it is, being in this place of grieving while having to get into formalities is difficult. From the beginning, Mark was so professional, helpful and proficient. I picked the background, had gave him the verbiage and pictures of my beloved Grandfather. When I received the proof I was in awe. It was stunning. I gave it a green light and they went into print. Terrible communication skills! I think it was the owner,…read morethe older guy with glasses. I asked him how much the celebration head cut outs were, he asked how many, I said 4, he said $40. I said okay, he was ringing me up without saying my total price took my card and while he was putting in my card I read the machine and he was gonna charge me $175 for 4!!! There was no clarification and I didn't think those cut outs were $40 each because UPS sells it for $11 each better quality too! I told him to cancel and thankfully we worked out a deal. But then the next day I saw that it charged my credit card! I had to go pick up the photos the next day and when I got there it wasn't even made yet. I couldn't wait around for 20 minutes because I had work so I had to come back the next day. Luckily he was able refund my $175. The photo stick that they use as a handle is cardboard and it broke immediately.
