i needed to get my finger prints taken. it was so easy to set up the appointment online i was able to get a same day appointment. it is located in the Granada Village plaza, so there is plenty of parking. i was greeted with a smile when i walked in they asked if i needed help, informed them what i was there for and they got to helping me right away. The finger print process was super fast & easy. i recommend this location for your finger print process. To all readers, I'd like to provide clarification on my initial review in response to their reply. When I visited, I already had my shipping labels prepared. All I needed was the plastic pouch to attach the label to the package. I didn't request them to pack my items or print the labels for me--that would be a different situation entirely, and I would understand being charged for those additional services. However, that was not the case. I came with everything ready to go, only needing the plastic pouch for the label. If there's any claim that they assisted beyond this, I want to set the record straight: that simply didn't happen. Additionally, I didn't say I was charged. What I pointed out is how concerning it is for a shipping company to inform me that I might be charged in the future simply for dropping off packages with prepaid labels. Telling customers they'll face charges for Amazon returns in the future is, in my opinion, not a great business practice. This approach has definitely lost them a potential long-term customer.
