Around March 2023, I purchased a 2010 Nissan cube from Davidson motors and provided them $1400 down payment. The leader transferred my loan to pivot rock solutions. A payment of $2500 was provided to pivot rock for six months of car payments and I was told that I would not have to make any payments for the following six months in the light of the payment. I never heard anything from anybody until yesterday when my car was rep by Davidson motors without my knowledge or consent. I was not provided any notice of Default neither in writing or verbally pursuant to Colorado state law, and I was blindsided by this as I had about $4000 worth of business inventory and other personal items in the vehicle which they stole. Davidson motors having the car or having it towed and solutions says that I don't have an account with them, nor is there an account reported on my credit. The Aurora Police were the ones that told me that Davidson motors repossessed it and they refused to admit that they did and they refused to give me my property back. I have an attorney whose name is Johnny Wilson, his number is 303-829-1057. Because they are in breach of their contract with me, and also because they violated state criminalized by flagrantly, stealing my personal property and business inventory and then lying about it, I believe I deserve the car and damages beyond that. Would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Davidson's Motors, I went there and bought a Ford Focus with 1 accident on the car fax no big deal. So I left the dealer with my new car and 20 miles the transmission started to shutter, so I called the dealer ship that I just bought it from and lucky for me after 30 mins of negotiating they counter offered 200$ to go towards the fix(bull S**T) so after the transmission was fixed ford pulled up what I assume is the the real car fax where it showed the transmission has been pulled 2xs prior to me owning it + 1 accident and some other work, so they sold me this lemon 5 months and since then I have payed to fix my Clutch, battery, starter, sunroof electrical, and (drum roll) three new transmission, so moral of the story, these crooks buy broken auction cars to sell full price, and after I told Scott the sales man about this he said,"well you should sell it your self the car lost value with you being the 3rd owner..... no the car lost value somewhere between transmission swap 1-5 lmao, THEY NEED TO WRITE ABOUT DAVISONS ON LAFFY TAFFY, BECAUSE THEY ARE A F***ing JOKE. read more

These guys went above and beyond. They were always honest, personable, and willing to work within your means instead of stretching them. They brokered a car for me from an auction, but kept me in the loop the entire time: price ranges, makes, models, mileage, Car Fax, etc. I knew that I wouldn't get a lemon either, because they took the car back to their shop and did a thorough look-over and tuneup. They offer financing and warranties from reputable and accessible companies. They always kept me apprised of expenses by showing me the breakdowns and seeing how to save a little here or there depending on what coverage options I wanted. I know this sounds like a rave review, but it really is. Tommy and Joe were a godsend for me. I was in a tight spot with needing a specific vehicle in a cramped time frame and they pulled through. On top of that, they stayed in touch to make sure that I am happy, and are helping me out with a few minor issues that of course you don't figure out until you've driven the car for at least a week. I highly recommend checking them out. The shop is not fancy. I know it's in Aurora on Colfax. But who gives a darn?! Their service, honesty and down-to-earth approach was so refreshing and reassuring that I'll be sending all my friends and family their way. Wish we didn't take their word on the condition of a Car. Check engine light was on when we bought it. The said they fixed it and it came back on several times afterwards. It was in their service dept longer than we had it. Took it to another dealer for inspection which equals much more damaged that they did to it. Owner states sorry, not my problem anymore. Just bought a 2013 Ford Edge about 10 days ago at Davidson's motors in Aurora. Great experience, salesman Tim took his time and let my wife sit in several cars before deciding on the Edge. Made a deal, had one thing to fix, a broken right side mirror. Was scheduled to be replaced about 5 days later. Took in in and left it, they called within a couple of hours and said it was done! Great service. We bought the car on a warm day, and didn't think to check the heater. Was getting no heat on the way home from the mirror replacement. Called Tim and asked if he could help although the deal was done. He said he would take care of it. Brought it in the next day, service checked it out. I told them they could have it overnight if needed. They called about 3 hours later and it was done! Good service, good dealer, takes care of customers. Recommend buy your next car there!! read more

This dealership by far is the worst experience I've encountered. We purchased a vehicle from here and we had nothing but problems. Had the vehicle for exactly a week before it broke down. They assured the vehicle was in great condition and we had nothing to worry about. The vehicle was not in any condition to be drive-able ! The car wouldn't even turn on! The staff in service was backed up and understaffed no communication to keep us posted on the status of the vehicle. Sales- I don't even want to get started Cory he was not helpful at all. The sales manager never attempted to make things right and avoided having contact with us. the only person who attempted to help was Sam and that was only to put us in a loaner that was defective. The tires were bald and definitely not safe to drive on. Although we got our down payment returned we lost money. We had invested money in replacing the lights, a large dent on the trim of the drivers door and a paint job on the front of the car. I have an understanding that we bought the car "as is" buy why sell vehicles that are not worth selling. I would STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I'd rather get myself caught in a 30k loan than here. Save your time, effort, and money and go...literally anywhere else. The owner clearly doesn't care about customer service. My husband and I purchased a Ford Escape from Davidsons Motors, Englewood location in October. Up until mid-December, we had the car in the shop almost every weekend and a good portion of every week. The day after we purchased the car, the check engine light came on, and that's when the problems started. The salesperson we worked with added the check engine light an appointment with their service center that we set up upon purchase of the vehicle for a list of other issues. Unfortunately, he had turned the check engine light off, and when we went in for the appointment, were told that there were no issues with the engine and that we needed new tires to fix the alignment/balancing. When we dropped the car off at the Aurora location, we asked them to look into the fluids, as we did not believe they had been checked as was stated on the CarFax report, because we had to fill some of them ourselves. We were told there were no issues. The salesperson sent us to a location near the Englewood location to get new tires shortly thereafter, covering it themselves (~$200 for that brand). We took it for an alignment at our regular maintenance shop the following week, covering that ourselves ($100). When we had it in our shop, the maintenance team found that we needed a new catalytic converter; and quoted us $1,200, and also provided an oil change, telling us that the oil change was overdue (indicating it was not checked at the Aurora location, as we requested, and should've been done before we purchased the vehicle). Davidsons covered the catalytic converter, which was appreciated, but took some phone calls, coordination, and effort on our end, as they sent us all over the metro area. Unfortunately, when we picked up the car two days later, the maintenance man told us that our coolant was leaking, which was a problem that had initiated prior to us purchasing the vehicle. One day later, the check engine light came on (again, we had filled the coolant the day after receiving it from the dealership). As they had just taken care of the catalytic converter, I figured we would see what was wrong before contacting them again. We brought the car into the Groove Ford dealership, as we figured they would know the car better than anyone. The next day, the service center called me with an estimate of $2,300 in repairs that are not covered under the $3,000 warranty we purchased from AUL as part of the car sale. There were another $1,500 worth of repairs that are covered under the warranty with AUL. After hearing this information, that there were major safety items that should have been addressed prior to selling the vehicle, I sent an email to our salesperson at Davidson's Motors. I was told that email was sent to his boss, and then onto the owner. After having the car for not even two months (we had not even gotten the car registered with the DMV yet, it had been that recent), we had the car in the shop, traveled all over the metro area getting it repaired, and racked up over $5,000 in repairs (half the cost of the car), and had barely driven it. My frustration lies in the fact that about $5,000 worth of repairs were required for a vehicle that we purchased at market value, that should've been addressed prior to purchasing the vehicle. These were obviously not new issues with the car, as we saw evidence of them during the test drive and immediately after purchasing the vehicle; we were ensured that when the car went back to the Aurora location, that their mechanic would've addressed those issues. I sent all of this detailed information in the email that I sent and that was forwarded onto the owner. I followed up the email with a phone call to the Aurora office and left a message for the owner, Sam. That was two months ago and I have not received a phone call or any response since that time. Not very impressed with these guys. My wife and I flew into Denver after spending a year working with a humanitarian organization overseas. We paid cash for a Mazda CX7. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous. We were treated well during the transaction, but the service stopped the second we drove off the lot. I have owned this vehicle for less than 60 days and have to put about $1600 into the engine because of a problem that started immediately after getting the oil changed. I contacted the dealership and was given a very sincere apology for my troubles, and told they would see what their mechanic could do if I drove the car back to Denver. Did I mention the car is having engine problems? It's my own fault for not having the vehicle checked by a reputable mechanic, but a "reputable" dealership would do something to keep their customers happy. Don't give them any money down unless you know for sure you are a 100÷ approved by their "last resort finance company".
