JVR came on a Wed, and by Friday I had to call them about my estimate, which was given to me verbally. I asked for it to be emailed, never received it. Who does that? 2nd place fella came out, rec'd the estimate, I asked for a change on estimate of a door.... never got back, no follow up. Keenan, Dan, came right out. Gave me a written estimate, I gave them one change to the order too, got that back to me right away. BOOK 'EM DANO. It was a bonus that the price was fair too. My order came in a few weeks early, their installers ( not contractors - which was important to me too) we great guys.
