I called the next day to get them reshaped, and specified that I did not want Kevin. They assigned Mimi to reshape, and she did ok. She did mention that I could have spoken up during the initial service & I told her straight up like girl I absolutely did & this is what he gave me. What else am I supposed to do?? She recommended booking with her next time, lol. The owner/manager was very responsive to my concerns & rush to get my nails fixed, which I so appreciate. John used extreme precision and did a lot of nail/cuticle care that I have not seen nail techs do in a long time! He said " I want to make your nails beautiful" AND HE DID! Not to mention, everything was so clean and I remember the previous nail lady from 7 years ago always using fresh tools. I got a very simple color French tip, but this was the best nail set I've had in a long time. My mom got a manicure and pedicure and was very well taken care of.
