Love my pan African nails I didn't get the name of the tech who did them, but Diane is the owner and recently opened a new location in Paramount called Diamond Nail Design. Posting here so both locations get the clout they deserve. So happy google came thru because I've been trying to find a place with nice people who treat their clients right! I'll be back!

It's only been one week and my nail already chipped. And the gel on my other hand is cracked

I went a week ago to get my toes and manicure done because a close friend recommended me TipTop nails. I expected a great job like my friend told me but turns out she was wrong. I instantly noticed she didn't do my nails right but I thought it was just me until I started noticing the gel cracking on some of my nails and then yesterday my nail chipped. Gel is supposed to last for about 3 weeks and it's only been a week. I'm very disappointed

Beware. I don't even have to write a review here , the picture tells it all . Don't get a pedicure from there unless you want an bad infection on your toes for two weeks or more. I am very upset.

This shop does good work, & for the low!!! The workers are really nice and friendly. Pretty quick service too! CONS: Very small shop. always a bit of a wait if you don't make it in EARLY, or right when they open. PROS: Worth the wait, and very penny!

They slaaaayyy my nails Kevin is amazing I love that he doesn't do bulky bubbly nails (unless you want them too* do your thing girl*) he does nice thin natural nails ! Mimi is so sweet and she does an amazing job as well(: I've came a handful of times and they ALWAYSss give me what I want I show them a picture and BAM lol And if it ain't identical it's sure close to what you want

Horrible nail polish job and already chipping. Don't go with the old lady who has long hair and bangs and wears glasses. For the expensive price, it's not worth it.

Came in Friday (7/10/20) for a full set and pedicure . I waited about 30 minutes.....fine . The pedi was basic I paid 35 dollars . The full set is terrible . My nails weren't cured properly , they are yellowing and lifting and the shape is nothing close to what I asked for . I paid 75 dollars not including the tip which the older gentleman doing my nails did not deserve . I showed the manager , but she was clearly too busy to make it right and I had already been there 2 hours at this point ..... currently looking for another salon to fix this trash set I got . Disappointed.

Love this place , I had previously gotten my nails done at this other place. Horrible they did my nails horrible. Thankfully I had time to go to tip top right after and get my nails redone. They did them perfect, I just loved how they took there time to fix them and make them nice. I 100% recommended this place.

Tip top nails is my number one nail shop. Hands-down, no exaggeration. All you have to do is find a style online or take a picture of the nails you want and they will definitely eat everytime from Diana to Michael to all the nail tech here is 100% top-tier they also have glow in the dark powder and neon colors for my over exaggerated queens, like myself so it's worth the money and service. I love the service in here. I love how attentive they are to you. The lady is always offering you water or soda. The environment is very calm , very nice. The location is not the greatest, parking is a struggle so go early! One of the guys did my nails and he was amazing. He would ask me questions about my nails and if I had to accommodate them throughout my visit. It's a family owned business, I love the vibe in there. I am definitely going back. read more

They have really fell off...I remember coming here two years ago every two weeks and they were ok. Today I paid $45 just to have my nails taken off and had the worst pedicure where I just told the lady just polish my feet clear. The purple polish that I asked for was just running and once she was done it looked like she had polished my feet blindfolded. Anytime I'm in town I try to go back to my old nail shops but it's just not the same. Today was my last time. read more

When they first started they did a good job. Now the work is sloppy and they need to dispose of their old polishes. I got a gel manicure exactly one week ago and ALL my nails have chipped and the polish completely lifted off two of my nails. read more

I always go here because I love my pedicures from hana but I always go n I always tip them so I was very disappointed that my nail design were hideous I still tipped and paid 68$ plus tip 7$ I had to go somewhere else and paid $50 to get them fixed I literally cried I will just go for pedicure for now on I'm sad that they let a new nail tech ruin my nails read more

Customer service was okay. The guy who did my re-fill was so ruff and he did such a messy job. When he finished shaping my nail and filing them, the results ended up being extremely bulky and thick. Then he painted the black desi and they aren't bad however, he didn't even paint them right as you can tell in the pictures that there are spots. I started coming here by recommendation from a friend and I have never been disappointed. Everyone is so nice and you can show Mimi any design and she always does a good job. Came here to get a new set of nails i payed $65 which was a good price I was helped out by Diane. And She did an amazing job the only thing i would recommend is calling ahead of time to book an appointment and making sure you are the only person booked at that time just because i know they get busy with walk ins. Almost $70 for a PEDICURE! This place literally ROBS the community! Every time I have gone here they add hidden fees to their services and raise the price! My LAST and FINAL straw was being charged $70 for a PEDICURE and my toe nail chipping 2 days later and being charged to get it fixed! This is RIDICULOUS!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Due to covid my nail shop is closed so I came across Tip Top Nails while out searching for a shop accepting walk ins. All I wanted was a gel manicure on my natural nails. The vibe was not welcoming at all and the lady who started my nails was a little rude. While removing my gel polish with the drill she was not steady with the drill which resulted in my fingers being cut up by the drill. I then was passed off to a much older woman(grandmother like woman). My hands were soaked in just water and wiped down with a towel with nail clippings(eww). I repeatedly got cut as she was removing the dead skin from my cuticles and the gel polish was not neat or clean looking. The gel polish looks thick and clumpy smh.. Not cool at all. A few of my fingers are still sore because she went so deep with the cuticle cutter. This is by far THEE worst experience ive ever had. This was just a basic gel manicure.. No acrylic, No fancy designs.. Nothing and for $25 it was not worth it at all. read more

I ended up getting builder gel with cat-eye polish and paid $75, which I felt was reasonable for the service. The only downside was that the shape came out a little wonky on a few nails. Other than that, I really love how they turned out and was happy with my overall experience. I would definitely come back, especially for the builder gel and color selection.

So we came to Infinite nails. John did my gel x and I was absolutely impressed by how meticuliusly detailed he was. John used extreme precision and did a lot of nail/cuticle care that I have not seen nail techs do in a long time! He said " I want to make your nails beautiful" AND HE DID! Not to mention, everything was so clean and I remember the previous nail lady from 7 years ago always using fresh tools. I got a very simple color French tip, but this was the best nail set I've had in a long time. My mom got a manicure and pedicure and was very well taken care of. She loved her nails and the experience and we absolutely needed this since my dad just passed away a couple of weeks ago. Thank you so so much! My 3rd time coming & NEVER Again!! I liked my nails ! That's not the issue! Today I decided to get an Upper Lip Wax & literally she burned my skin !! Usually when I get it done I know it burns a little but after a while it goes away.. when I got home the burning kept getting worse & realized how bad it was upon looking in the mirror...
