Did a walk in & got Kevin as my nail tech. I showed an inspo pic, and he just focused in on french square. I kept emphasizing that i wanted them tapered, rounded square with thin tips. Hell, I kept the inspo pic on my screen too. After multiple times of speaking up, I accepted my fate that this man was just gonna eff up my nails. I walked out w some fuckass Carmela Soprano nails. I called the next day to get them reshaped, and specified that I did not want Kevin. They assigned Mimi to reshape, and she did ok. She did mention that I could have spoken up during the initial service & I told her straight up like girl I absolutely did & this is what he gave me. What else am I supposed to do?? She recommended booking with her next time, lol. The owner/manager was very responsive to my concerns & rush to get my nails fixed, which I so appreciate. But at the end of the day, I did not receive the nails I requested. Because of this experience, I don't think I would return. read more

Came in today for a full set and deluxe pedicure. Tiffany never fails !!!! My feet look amazing and feel great. She took extra care of my toes. They had been neglected for a cool minute. As per usual.... I had to tact on an extra massage. I haven't had Phoebe in years and I forgot how amazing she is. My nails look so great. She paid extra attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted. I love this place. They are always so attentive, clean and professional. Oh did I mention how nice and sweet they all are. The folks who bring out the water are so welcoming and sweet as well. There are snacks, candy and water. I've given this nail spa multiple chances and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Most visits I've felt overlooked compared to other customers. On several, separate occasions I booked a mani-pedi and noticed customers who arrived after me were being fully serviced while I was still waiting or only partially started. It felt very disorganized and uneven in how clients are prioritized. One visit I did have an issue with an infected toe, which I did bring to their attention. The owner handled that situation well by refunding me and offering a discount on a future visit, which I genuinely appreciated. The service following this experience is why I continued to return. However, the services after that were inconsistent in terms of overall experience. On my most recent visit, I had a last-minute appointment (not a walk-in). A sweet nail tech, Tracy, did my pedicure while another tech started my manicure, but she stopped because her "regular customer" arrived. After that, the manager stepped in to do my manicure. I asked Tracy if the manager did nails, but she seemed hesitant to respond and shook her head no. I only asked because in all my visits I have never seen her do anyone's manicure. It felt as if the manager wanted to keep me content since everyone else had a technician working on their manicures and pedicures even though I had called ahead to ensure I had both done at the same time. The manicure turned out as expected, quite poor. I received an uneven and rushed mani. I had asked for a basic short, round shape. I appreciated Tracy's kindness and willingness to help fix it but I noticed she was worried about redoing someone else's work, to which I let her know it's okay and it was not her fault. Overall I left feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied with the service. At this point, I won't be returning. The ambiance and salon is nice and clean, most technicians are friendly, but I cannot continue to give chances to a place that does not seem to value every customer, it's quite discouraging. read more

It was very exhausting, many people get their nails done as a way to relax for a pampering experience. I was on my toes the whole time stressing /anxious bc they were coming out so bad. She was very aggressive with my nails, very blunt and had an aggressive tone. She was not gentle with my cuticles at all way too rough. She did not know how to file at all. I'm sorry to say this but i had to ask her / correct her more than 10 times i'm sure to fix my nails bc she was not filing them correctly. I almost wanted to ask someone else to do my nails but at that point i was so fed up and wanted to leave. My nails looked like bubbly and not shaped/ filed at all. Im not sure what the issue was but i've never had this problem before. She looked like she had a problem with me constantly asking her to fix them but my nails really looked so bad i couldn't leave without getting them somewhat better. The sides of my nails were missing paint , there were air bubbles? from the gel not sure never had this problem before. My nails feel weak now & i have really healthy naturally long nails. One nail already broke too. I'm so disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning here again. The lady also asked me (twice) for a tip which i said no to.. (I feel like that's so unprofessional). I always make sure to tip when it's deserved but this time definitely was not!! So sad to make this review because i've come here many times and have left multiple good reviews!! Not sure what's changed but I hope this won't happen to another customer again! And I hope the owner will respond to this message and the others i've seen regarding similar experiences. She's funny, easy to get along with, and always makes sure my nails look PERFECT. She shows me designs when i'm indecisive and I'm always getting compliments on them. I really wanted to like this place. Got a full Set of Gel Builder after the nail tech refused to do an acrylic set. I gave it a chance to only have to come the next day for 3 nail replacements. Its now a full week and again I lost nails. Its not only embarrassing walking around with missing nails but an inconvenience when you have planned events to attend. Got my missing nails replaced to only feel the front desk and nail tech defensive regarding having to redo my nails. The tech who gave me a pedicure did a good job but she seemed rushed through the entire service and even tried shorting my message. When I realized she had stopped before the timer went off, she giggled it off saying she say it was down to less than a minute. The other interaction that left a bad taste in my mouth was that when my card was charged it was $15 more than I expected. I said I wanted a basic pedicure w regular polish but when they handed me the color options no one mentioned I was only looking at the gel colors and that those would be $15 extra! I don't mind paying prices that I AM AWARE of, especially when I specifically asked for regular polish. I felt it was poor business to not at least give me the heads up when the manager handed me the color books. read more

I love nail salon's that are modern and well put together. This little gem is located on a busy street in the middle of different "mom and pop" shops. The neighborhood for the most part has street parking and it's only 2hour parking (I can't remember if it's meter parking). It was not hard to find a parking spot, I find one in front of the salon. When I walked in, I was greeted by the owner from what I could tell. I did ask if they served commentary drinks. They said they only had coffee and sodas. So no wine here ladies, but it did seem like they have snacks on display from what I could see. I did make an appointment via text message before coming in but they do accept walk ins, so that's a plus. This was my first time at this nails shop. I made an appointment for a Dip Powder Manicure, Gel Pedicure and natural eyelash set. The décor was modern and up to date. My favorite part of the experience was the pedicure bowls. The pedicure are not the standard pedicure seat where the bowl is connected to the chair. The salon have these customs bowls big enough for your feet to comfortably fit and have enough room for the nail technicians to properly tend to your feet. I could tell the bowls were well washed and cleaned, new tools are used for manicures and pedicures, which is something that I do look for. I not for the reusable tools, that are soaked in some type of "cleaning supplies." Both of my nail technicians were friendly and did a great job with my feet and my nails ( I do have pictures attached.) My eyelashes were done alight. I wish my eyelashes were little fuller as some started to fall off within the first week. All in all, I need enjoy the time here. I didn't feel like they were rushing my experience and that is the most important thing for me. read more

Worst nail experience. I went in for the first time today. They completely rushed it. I had to get them fixed because they were splotchy and had bubbles, they just added another layer. The ladies kept talking amongst themselves, I thought that was pretty rude. I asked them to wear gloves and they didn't, they were clammy against my skin and it was irritating some of my cuts. When it was time for lotion they didn't even clean the nail dust off me, they just added the lotion on top and started rubbing. I literally asked them not to finish the "massage" because it felt nasty. I told the front desk about it trying to give benefit of the doubt and said It might just be too busy and she said no it may look like it , but there are 4 people in the back not doing anything. She gave me a coupon to come back. It's hours later, my pinky won't stop throbbing and my hand is sore, I got an infection from their manicure. Update: I came to urgent care this morning and they are putting me on antibiotics, but have warned that if it doesn't get better within a week , pus will build and we'll have to remove the whole nail :( fml read more

I feel like it is sanitary as well, the last few times though it seems like my gel manicure only lasts about 3 days before it starts peeling, I am disappointed in that but my pedicure is okay. The price I was told over the phone was not true because they apply extra fees.
