I have call them multiple times and no answer since Wednesday last week. I left voice mail and waited couple days and never got a callback. I was insisting because they have good reviews so I thought it may be worth it. I wrote them on Instagram on Saturday and they saw the message but didn't answer. So I drove to the place on Monday and it was closed so tired of the game I called for the last time and left a voice maill telling them that I have called multiple times, I have left voice mail, the have seen my message on Instagram so what the heck is going on. I had couple question to be able to book to that's why I didn't do it online. They answered me that night on instagram, that was the only answer I got. I responded to their question and they never answer me again. Even though they saw the message.. I put a question mark, they saw it, didn't answer. So now I think all those reviews are fake or from people they know. Communication sucks! And at least I'll feel better if they tell me like no, we can't do that about my question or whatever answer. But see the message and no answering?! Says a lot about this business. So we are booking with somebody that call us back the same night we called, cleared all our questions and even follow up with us after. That's a good business. I would even give you 0 stars if could. *posting the pictures of the conVersation in Instagram where they answer one time, days after they left me in viewed too and then they saw the message and never answer.
